Brandon is incredible. Xanadu is an amazing experience, like no other. The boys are pretty, the drinks are cold and this place is one of a kind, the only one in the Pacific Northwest. Whether straight or gay or in between this is the place for you to let loose and be you.

Went here for karaoke after Dark Arts, and I will say that regardless of orientation this place is awesome. Friendly service, and the crowd is incredibly friendly and supportive for karaoke. Prices seemed reasonable and the drinks were solid. 100% would come back, and will come back.

I make a trip to Astoria every few years as this was my childhood hometown. This trip what a surprise it was to see a queer bar there so I obviously had to go! The bartender was all smiles and friendly and was working hard behind that counter – shootout to him on that busy Saturday! We had two delicious cocktails and some jello shots, the Lavender Gin&Tonic I had was top notch. What a beautiful space you’ve created here, will definitely be coming back.

Xanadu is the BEST! We rented out the entire bar for our wedding after party and everyone had an absolute blast. Brandon was an amazing, energetic, and thoughtful host and bar tender. The karaoke sound system is very good and signing up for songs is super easy to do on your phone. We are a boring hetero couple, but were really pleased to be able to host our party in an inclusive venue where we knew our gay and queer guests would feel at home. By the end of the night, it was a full on dance party that we’ll remember forever!
The cost of the rental was very reasonable if you are considering a private event. It’s also a super fun and lively bar to grab some food and a few drinks.
We can’t wait to visit again for more karaoke and drag bingo! Thank you Xanadu and Brandon!

I’m craving the pizza right now! My goodness, so yummy. Came here while visiting from Seattle (grew up here though). Love the vibe. The owner was our bartender & he was fabulous. Such a welcoming place to come to. What a great addition to Astoria. Much needed. Loved talking to him & all of the Stevens/Stephen’s that work there. The keylime drink .

Recently went back after a year or so and I’m ENCHANTED by the new look and vibe. New co owners have brought such whimsy and fun into Xanadu, love their themed nights, late night dance music, colorful drag shows, unique cocktails, everything.

We’ve been trying to stop in here so long and it was absolutely worth it! We were able to snag front row seats to watch the chef make our meals, and they were so so so delicious The menu was very impressive, has something for everyone, and lots of vegetarian/vegan options!! AND it was a good price. Best breakfast I’ve had in Astoria in years
