The birria potatoes are hands down the most delicious meal I have had in a long time.
I came for the prelaunch when Xaliscos first opened, the experience was great, food was really good and it was an overall great experience. Tonight’s meal felt elevated and you can see the growth Xaliscos has made. I have not had anything from the menu I didn’t like, the drink list feels overwhelming at first but after reading it over and seeing the options you’re sure to find a drink you’ll like. You can’t go wrong with the mint mojito

Vilma was our server! Very attentive on our drinks and food. The food was amazing! We were referred here by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint! 100 stars!
Update: we just visited today, and it was just as fantastic. Our server was Stephanie if I recall correctly, she said she worked here over a year. Delicious! Also if you have a birthday here, they literally set a fire for you! (All while playing 50 cents birthday song)

Loved this place! Xalisco has such a good vibe, cozy but lively, perfect for a night out. The cocktails were really well made (I could’ve had two more), and the food was super tasty. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Everything just came together, great atmosphere, good music, and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I stopped by some wonderful potatoes. However they were closing a little earlier than normal. Sweet Cecilia was still willing to get us food to go. When we tried to pay she wouldn’t let us and even threw in some guacamole. We love this place. Great atmosphere, great food, great staff!!! Always #1 on our list. Thank you Cecilia.

Just moved here. I love this place. Cold beer, amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and the service is out of this world. It’s always been great, but Vilma was top notch, she did an awesome job.

I got beer and Carne Asada burrito. Both were so good. Service was pretty bad though. Server never checked back in and it wasn’t even busy. She didn’t seem happy at all, very annoyed vibes coming from my server kinda putting a damper on the whole experience. Not a cheap place to get a burrito with beer, either.

We ate at Xalisco in Ogden and WOW….. by far the best Mexican food we’ve found here. I ordered the al pastor, birria, and steak tacos and every one was insanely good. The flavors were rich, the meat was tender, and the birria was next level. The corn appetizer was insanely good.
Our waitress, Vilma, was amazing, super friendly and attentive. The drinks she recommended were so dang good, and you can tell they’re made with fresh ingredients and tons of love!

This was my first time here but it came highly recommended by several people. We took a group of 14 to dinner last night for our work Christmas party and it was such a great night. Chicken tacos and guacamole were amazing. Our waitress Vilma, was a rockstar. She took care of our large group and was super attentive the whole time. Will definitely be back.
