Tried this place for the 1st time on a 2pm Thanksgiving reservation. Had prime rib, she had the turkey and dressing. Our server was very good and agreed completely when I sent the first offering back. Came out as medium well although it was ordered medium rare. The second one was better but certainly not worth the price. Do not recommend this place. Stick with Pokeys (I’ve never been disappointed there) and / or the Prime Rib.

The quality of food and environment was definitely lacking for the price. The Bison chili was quite good, but the Wild game Burger the hamburger bun was so big it completely dominated the flavor and it was hard to taste the good meat of Venison and wild boar and wagyu beef so I had to take the complete top off the bun and it is Open Face to be able to enjoy the flavor of the meat there was no toilet paper on the rolls in the bathroom so they just had it wrapped up and you had to take it off of the handicap rail to use instead of being on the proper dispenser and no man’s toilet seat covers that was empty the steaks and ribs were very mediocre, the au gratin potatoes had no flavor and weere quite poor, the garlic mushrooms were good though, the service in general was pretty poor we had to ask for water every time instead of them refilling on their own and my mother’s steak was seasoned even though she specifically requested it to be cooked with no seasoning whatsoever, so we had to wait for them to bring a new one

Not a good place. Walked in, lighting was very dark at front desk. Several servers walked past me before someone offered to help me then suggested l eat at the bar because they had already started cleaning. ( It was 8 pm and they stay open till 10. ) None of the servers were friendly and food was not good. For a $50 meal, l expected better. I ordered steak, salad and baked potato. Got a saucer size salad and was told they were out of baked potatoes. Filet was very small, chewy and grainy and way too much pepper. I will never go back.

If I could give no stars I would. Last time I will be going, set reservations. They placed us by the bar, after asking for a room then had them move us as promised. Food was the worst, Under cooked, steaks were like skirt steaks, had to send burgers, steaks, pasta noodles were over cooked and stuck together sent things back multiple times. Manager seemed to not know how to handle the situation, acted like it was first time dealing with it or not really care at all. Waitress did her best to make it better. Definitely would like owner to reach out,

The atmosphere is really nice, beautiful building and decor. I sat at the bar and the service was good, very friendly bartenders and staff. The food was good but not great. I had the chicken fried chicken, I rarely order that so that might have been part of the problem. Parking is easy, big parking lot.

Placed an online order and had been charged for things I had added to my burger just for them to not be there. Burgers were supposed to be well done and medium well and both were scary rare. Usually have a wonderful time but these last few experiences have been not good.

Had a terrible visit for a Sunday brunch. The host and food were “adequate” (the only reason this gets a second star) but the rest of the experience was so bad I don’t know that I’ll ever be back. 15+ minutes to even be acknowledged at our table once seated, a disinterested server with excuses once anyone actually came over (after a table was seated next to us and waited on by someone else while we sat there waiting), our party of 4 never had all of us taken care of at once (standard food and drinks were never all brought out together), not one visit from the server during our meal, and having to literally chase him down for the bill to get out of there after an even longer wait following the meal. All of this with a mid-high price point? Definitely would not recommend.

I went with my family and they were polite but I felt like they would prefer if there was no young ones, age range was 6 to 15. They did have a kids menu of 4 or 5 items and all came in a little paper classic car. Kids menu is only up to age 10 so my small 11 year old ate from the adult menu, he wasn’t able to finish half of his food. I had a 7 oz steak that was cooked to a perfect medium rare and sautéed spinach that was cold. My husband got the half rack of ribs and he said they were dry even slathered with sauce as they were. My kids all thought the food was good.
On service it was fair, our drinks ran empty and sat there for several minutes before our server refilled them. It was not that busy and from my experience they had more then enough server to cover the little amount of tables.
I really like the one in Billings, MT but this one was nothing compared to them. For the price you spend I expect better service and not cold food to boot. I really don’t like giving anything below 4 stars but this was a 3 star. I hope it was that they were just “off” that day.

I had their 10oz sirloin, and my gosh, it was so good. Seasoning was simple but allowed the dry age to take front and center. The plate came out hot and kept the temps consistent throughout the meal. Would definitely come back.

Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House made our late-night dinner date absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere created the ideal setting for a romantic evening.
The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire visit.
The food was the highlight of our night. The ribs were so tender they practically melted in our mouths, with a smoky flavor that was out of this world. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each dish we tried was a testament to the chef’s expertise and commitment to quality.
The sides were just as impressive, bison chili and wild rice standing out as some of the best we’ve ever had. To top it all off, the dessert menu provided the perfect sweet ending to our delightful meal.
Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House is a true gem, offering exceptional cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. I can’t recommend it highly enough for a late-night dinner date. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go.
