Exceptionally made to order meals by advanced expert chefs promptly served to your cozy scenic mountain view table by expert staff.

If you are really really lucky you will have Ramona Stark as your server. Former chef at this location, knows ALL there if to know about every item on the menu and more. Extremely professional, friendly and interesting in her own right. She was a joy. Sharing helpful information about the restaurant, hotel and surroundings.

The food was absolutely fantastic! Try the wyld mushroom omelette with the elk sausage. Piping hot, right of the stove, best omelette ever!

We drove to the Ritz from Breckenridge to have lunch and enjoy the views. We tried the cauliflower appetizer and the guacamole and then the poke bowl and lobster roll for our entrees. We thought the food was just OK but overpriced. The cocktails were the same. The patio atmosphere was nice. The poke bowls were pretty good but we’ve had better poke bowls for a third the price in our home town. The lobster roll was good but way too expensive for a lobster roll with potato chips. We were a little disappointed in the experience.

It’s very rare that you find an excellent restaurant inside a hotel in the US, but we had an excellent experience here. We ordered the duck carnitas and the butter poached lobster. They were both excellent, but for 2 people, the duck was more than enough and ultimately we couldn’t finish all our food.

The wine menu is also great and there are fun non-alcoholic options as well.

Returned for breakfast… knocking a star as the bacon, poached eggs, and pancakes were all overcooked. Fortunately and to their credit, they comped us the bacon and eggs.

WOW! Where do I even begin…

From the moment we indulged in their delightful bread and butter, we knew we were in for a treat.

The tuna aguachile was bursting with freshness and flavor, setting the stage for a culinary journey unlike any other.

Our family’s go-to favorite, the duck carnitas, never disappoints, and the portions are so generous that we always have leftovers to savor later.

Venturing into new territory, I tried the poached lobster and was blown away by its perfection.

And let’s not forget about the desserts – each bite is a playful adventure, as you try to grab a bit of everything.

An incredible dining experience! Def a 10/10

A relaxing breakfast area with excellent mushroom omelet. Nothing in the food stands out as world class but it’s the seating located in the Ritz-Carlton that takes it over the top. Everything is well prepared and appetizing so it is enough for a four stars. A recommended breakfast spot for anyone in Vail or Beaver Creek

We had never been to WYLD before but were impressed with the reviews and we were not disappointed!
The presentation of each dish was a work of art and the service was over the top.
Our server Will, was very attentive and explained each dish and shared his own excitement about the chef’s masterful creativity.
The chef came out to say hello to the guests and we happened to see the hotel (Ritz Carlton) General Manager walking through to check on things and both he and the restaurant manager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying everything.
That’s an incredible personal touch!

If you’re looking for the best of the best in Veil you’ve found it. WYLD inside the Ritz Carlton is everything that you could expect. From the old fashion to the amuse bouche, followed by the salmon cones to a full duck that’s been cooked for the last 5 hours, you will leave satisfied that this was money well spent. The only recommendation that I will make is make sure to request regular tortilla shells, they’ll give you some that were soaked in duck fat, tasty, but a little too much on the overindulgence for my taste.

WYLD is our favorite place in the valley. Every visit is a treat. The service is absolutely top tier. The chefs are brilliant and have become dear friends over the years. We all love the salmon cones and side of bacon.

The Christmas Holiday Menu this year, 2023, was absolutely delicious. Chicken soup had a lovely clear broth. The Crab Parker House and the Lamb was excellent. The Chocolate Bufino was a perfect amount of chocolate and citrus. Compliments to Jonny for the top tier service.

Downright amazing in just about every way. Incredibly extensive wine and drink selection with very knowledgeable staff. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! This place is not cheap, so expect to drop a pretty penny here. If you’ve got the money this is an excellent restaurant for a special occasion. The staff is probably the most friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, and passionate than I have ever seen!
