I can’t believe that a business in North Jersey would have the courage to sell a Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese like this. I was in town for work, paid $16 for two of these with a large coffee and a small fairlife shake. When I got back to my desk I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. I didn’t have the ability to go back and complain, but this is disrespectful. How they could have 4 1/2 stars serving like this is beyond me.

They are the best because they’re the only bagel shop that actually LISTENS to your order. Toasted dark bagel? Done. Extra crispy bacon? Done. Add little butter? Done.
Any other place you go to, they would miss one of the above.
And their bagels are delicious. Not too fluffy, not too thick.

I just picked up this sandwich and it is absolutely horrible It has no flavor bc it’s so thin that all you taste is bread. ALSO THE PERSON WHO I GOT GREETED AT THE COUNTER HAS NO PERSONALITY. No greeting and when I asked for extra napkins she handed me a meantime there was nothing in bag either.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else then this place.

I went in this morning before work and ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2 meats, egg and cheese with the all the regular condiments and paid $10 and I was watching them make it without them realizing and they only put 1 egg and 1 slice of cheese, and couple pieces of meat on their sandwiches. My sandwich was paper thin and had no taste, because it was all bread.
I was very disappointed but I had to go to work and couldn’t have them remake it

I like the bagels made here. I usually get there early and everything is fresh. I find the people behind the counter to be friendly. Have never been given a burnt bagel.
I did not notice if they wore gloves and my preference is no gloves. They are not surgeons, they sell bagels. I find gloves just make for needless waste. At my home no one wears sterile gloves when preparing food or eating.
