Portions are large , and the food is very good . The hot and sour soup has lots of stuff in it and isnt just broth . The entrees are very good and the egg rolls are some of the best ive ever had. There is not alot of seating room ,just a few booths. The service is good . You order at the counter.

The food here is very good. The variety in their menu is very appealing. I ordered the pepper steak and chicken fried rice which was delicious . The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I picked up my order in the restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

The staff wasn’t friendly. No smile, no welcomes, nothing but “what do you want to order” This place was pretty pricey. We got 2 meats, side and eggroll plate for $15, I got the single meat plate for $8.50 and a small Lo Mein with small Egg Drop soup so $40 and it was not good. Like I am crying for my money and my hunger. Definitely a waste of money. The Fried Rice looks like white rice just with a bunch of onions and stringy things (there so many after digging them out for 5 minutes, we still couldn’t eat the rice) Vegetable Lo Mein had way to sauce so they were to strong. Babe got lemon chicken and orange chicken and they were awful. Both were extremely soggy. Everything was awful so I’m not even bothering with the soup. My dogs will eat like kings but sucks to spent so much and still be hungry. Food was quick and hot but definitely not worth it

So, since returning to Lower Hill Country at the beginning of the summer, all I’d been doing is stuffing my face with tacos at any opportunity. Bad day? Tacos. Good day? Tacos. Bad traffic? Tacos. 3:30 am on a Wednesday? Tacos. Tonight, I started to understand to myself that I lacked something. Being originally from Boston, we have Bodegas, delis, diners, and what some would consider street level Chinese American takeaway. You know those places in a dark part of town and pictures of their dishes with the prices written in ink? That was the specific hole in my heart. So, I looked up Chinese places near me, and fell upon this place on good ol Google. Someone said that the counter person was “rude”, so that definitely piqued my curiosity even more. That’s just a part of the charm. Anyone from inner city type areas know this. The reviews that boast about great prices and portions are correct. I got the Beef Broccoli combination with chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon for effect. My only points off here are that there was no soy sauce packets in the brown takeaway bag, and the crab Rangoon are scant on filling and don’t taste like crab. Totally passable on a general level, however. I think I’ll try one of their chicken wing dishes next.

I just had to leave a review! Every time that I have ordered from Wu’s Kitchen it’s delicious! I have never been disappointed, everything tastes fresh and with the right consistency. I’ve ordered from a couple of other places closer to home, but I always have to come back, even if I have to drive a little extra. I feel that they are the best in my area!

The service is quick, food comes out fast and freshly prepared. So far everything that I have gotten has been chicken based and it’s been really good. Sesame chicken, orange chicken, lemon chicken have all been really good

Did the old pick up and eat at home thing. As fast food generally is. Spent about 48$. Not bad, considering I got 2 large entrees, 2 large soups, and 4 egg rolls. Entrees, rice, and soups were filled to the tops. Taste wise, the shrimp fried rice had a sweet onion taste to it. It’s not overpowering. I enjoyed it. The sweet and sour chicken. Well fried, not overly battered, and the sauce was not too sweet, just right. Kids ate it all up. Eggs rolls had plenty of flavor. It was not greasy, and the cabbage was crisp. Soups were wanton and egg drop. My wife was feeling sickly, but the wonton gave her some pep. Wonton wasn’t soggy, and the broth was light. Egg drop didn’t need salt or pepper. I wish it had more egg chucks, but that’s just my preference. Finally, the bagging. Let me just say this was bagged like a pro. I have never had a fast food chain bag with such care. It had cardboard to separate sections of food to keep the order leved. Literally slapped a seat belt on it like a child. PERFECT. Moved to the area, and this will be my families go-to for chinese takeout. Pictures are not the prettiest, but I did advertise a family takeout review.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now. It is very good Chinese! My husband is from New York originally and he asserts that this is truly authentic New York style Chinese food. He loves it! It’s the only Chinese he’ll get here in SA! I’m a vegan but he eats just about anything so we can both eat here and enjoy ourselves. I usually get the General Tso’s tofu or the Bean Curd Homestyle. That’s just a fancy name for fried tofu fyi. The food here is delicious, we mainly call ahead to put in an order and then go pick it up. It’s always super fast and fresh. But we did dine in a few weeks back too which was just as nice. Just know that that’s not their main focus so it’s not like there’s wait staff if you do eat in. Their main thing is take out orders!

Wu’s is always my Go-To when I want Chinese food. They are generally quick. You can order online and over the phone. They only do dine-in and takeout. They don’t have delivery unfortunately. They are generally open during the holidays. I’ve never had an issue with the staff being rude to me. They have always been nice and asked me if I need anything additional. I have eaten in the restaurant once or twice but most of the time I take it home. It is a little small so that’s why I give it 4 stars for atmosphere because you can only do so much but it’s also how the building is set up. I love their wonton soup, the sesame chicken, and the general tso chicken. Other places I’ve had wonton soup, the wontons don’t taste done and are stuck together. I think I they are reasonably priced too.
