It is spacious inside and the employees were all very friendly. Some restaurants can feel stressful because the employees are all running around, but at W’s everyone seemed happy and kind and not stressed. The food was great and they had a normal beer selection. It felt more like a restaurant than a bar, but there is a reasonable sports theme inside.

Hidden gem tucked away in a sleepy plaza. Simple menu, always great to see poutine fries and shepherd’s pie. Nachos were great! My party all had burgers and were very pleased. I had bleu cheese on mine, and I’m not sure what kind they use but it really made the burger great. Will happily return!

Wow what tiny portions. Can’t believe a full size order for 16 dollars would be so small. Felt like a joke or they gave me the kids meal by mistake. Also Sheppard’s Pie was a frozen and reheated meal. No way it was fresh. Table service was slow. Very dissatisfied. Never again.

Nice place that’s a bit hidden from the road. Or chicken wings were a bit tough but the honey BBQ was a great sauce. My pork loin sandwich was tasty but slightly on the dry side. My wife had a cheeseburger and it was great. I really liked their fries. Service was good and friendly and we would come back a second time for sure.

It’s alright, decent Shepards pie. Good spot if you’re older or if you’re trying to find a place to bring your kids and still have a blue moon. I was very disappointed by what was available on tap. It was a selection of stuff I could get anywhere. The goose island kinda saved the night for me.

We went there because a band was playing that night. The room allowed enough space for some people to dance without bothering anyone at the bar. Good atmosphere, family friendly, right till closing. I’m gonna say it’s a good place but didn’t quite scratch my itch personally. Maybe I’m too young for it.

Tonight was my 3rd time dining at W’s. The last 2 times were great. Tonight, not so much! A friend and I went for dinner and drinks. We were told to sit wherever we wanted as it wasn’t very crowded. We picked a pub table in the bar area. Our waitress was very nice, she came over took a drink order then we ordered our dinners.
Our dinners arrived about 15 minutes later and we started eating. While in the middle of eating our dinners, another waitress, came over and asked if we could move to another table as they wanted to free up our table for a group of people who were coming in. Before we had a chance to even answer, her hands and fingers were in/ on my plate offering to help me move. She told us the owner would buy us a drink if we moved. I was annoyed and told her I didn’t want another drink. In the middle of all this our waitress came over and told us we didn’t have to move. I didn’t appreciate any of this, especially her hands/fingers on my plate while I was literally in the middle of eating. Our waitress came over and apologized for her rudeness. So much for a night out to catch up w/ a friend. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Food is just okay. Typical bar food. My girl had the corned beef…she loved it.
The service was horrible. Granted, it was football Sunday. The waitress didn’t stop by us once to check if we needed something. We needed more napkins and had to do without them. She kept checking the people around up (larger parties) and continually skipped over us. It was very frustrating.It is more of a bar than a restaurant so the food is bar quality. The main dining room is noisy, especially if there are large groups dining.
