The service & food was great. Our waitress was very friendly & gave us great recommendations on what to try. Now the meats was the BOMB . I love a good BBQ if meats that you don’t need no sauce & the flavor is there. They also have happy hour (just like Duffy’s ), so worth the it. The carnival fries hit the spot! I love funnel cake fries & checkers fries are a thing of the past now . We will be coming back again very soon.

This was our first time at the restaurant I took some pictures of the meals that we had mostly all of them was enjoyable. The dessert however was not what I expected didn’t taste anything like peach cobbler The pulled chicken was a little bit on the dry side The sauces are all right The brisket was all right mac and cheese very good hush puppies very good. Chicago beef egg rolls are fabulous Make sure you try those.

This rating is based all about the food, the decor is new and nice and definitely suggest barbecue. We had a party of four and sampled everything from barbecue,to burgers and salmon, and most of their side dishes. And the one thing they all had in common was they were all bland even the meats!!!! I did get a thumbs up on the mac and cheese though. If you like your barbecue unseasoned and only a tiny hint of smokiness this is the place for you!!!!! As soon as I walked in , I smelled clean instead of barbecue which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it’s nice to walk into a barbecue restaurant and smell the smokiness of the barbecue, NOT HERE!!!!!! I had the bacon blue cheese burger which was good size, but it had absolutely no flavor at all(even the bacon) only until I put some barbecue sauce on it did I taste anything even the blue cheese was flavorless (1 tbsp of crumbles) and that was the general consensus all around the table!!!!
On the plus side they had a really,really nice bar. They were just extremely proud of their beer and liquor very high priced I did get a domestic bottle of beer for $5 however. In the end there’s nothing here for me to look forward to, to go back for more. Just because you put barbecue sauce on meat that doesn’t make it true barbecue!!!! I didn’t have a bad experience I left full, we all did.. there was just no WOW factor to their cooking methods. Usually a good barbecue joint has some sort of special cooking method, secret seasoning,spice blend, rub or something passed down through the generations!!!!! this place can’t brag about nothing like that!!!

I went out here for a night with my son before he has to fly, and the food was spectacular. The ribs were succulent, unctuous, and savory. Our server named Haely was very nice, and especially attentive. I appreciate easy service a lot and she did great. Overall, the experience was classic American barbecue, it was wholesome and delicious.

I placed an order through UberEATS. When we ordered, they called us and said there was apparently no corn, so me and my mom had sides for Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, and Baked Potatoes. She ordered Half Ribs, and I got the Pulled Pork.
Eating the food, it was horrible. The ribs were dry as heck and with no flavor. The ribs were stiff. Somehow the pulled pork was dry and tasted literally of water. Both meats had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. There wasn’t even the BBQ sauces we picked either.
The sides were just as bad. Somehow the Mac and Cheese tasted like fish. It didn’t taste good at all. Baked Beans tasted like an old can of them that was forgotten for a while. Somehow they burned Baked potato and loaded it up while it was cold. You could see how burnt it was before being cooled off. The Cole Slaw isn’t even Cole Slaw, it’s like boiled cabbage with vinegar and salt.
We were hoping for a really good BBQ joint, but this one isn’t worth it at all. I put photos of some of what I have mentioned, so please consider avoiding this place and look for a better BBQ joint to enjoy.

Tried this place and was not disappointed. Brisket was charred beautifully on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. St Louis ribs were delicious. Corn bread was dry and crumbly but some people dig that. Service was fast but i think it had to do with us showing up before the dinner rush hour. They have different sauces you can add to your food….loved it. Will be back.

It was our first time here, and I really liked the BBQ here. They had a section with a bar setup and live music Friday night and I thought that was a very good idea! We were a group of 4 and we so we sat on the dinning area, so the music wasn’t loud, more like in the background. The waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The brisket was specially good! I thought it was a good bang for your buck, since we even had left overs for lunch next day. I would definitely come back again to this place!

Yum yum yum. Went there with a friend for dinner. The service was great. You walk up and order order then sit The pleasantly professional young lady that took our order made sure we know about the specials and explained the different sauces to us. We ordered a chicken sandwich with fries for$8 and a large order of rib tips that was on the specials of the day for $9.
The food was brought out to us promptly by a very nice server who went above and beyond making sure we had all we needed. The staff is nice and professional, the prices are just right, the portions are generous and the food was great. This is going on my list of favorites.

Overall great experience. I had the rib tips special which had a huge portion for $10. They were good but I’m from Kansas where BBQ is king. My daughter and wife had brisket and pulled pork and said the brisket was awesome. Service was excellent and presentation was good. Took home as much as we ate
