This is a great place to grab a bite. Although the menu is small there are lots of great options. The sword fish, Cuban sandwich and the crab cake are delicious. The flavor was so good. I also enjoyed the coleslaw which had ginger in it! Of course the hush puppies are yummy and the exact same ones from the Salty Dog. The down side is they are only open from 4pm-8pm. Such a gem of a place to hang out on the deck, have some very good food. The service was fantastic too. Kaitlyn was our server and she explained the menu to us very well, she provided great service. Even the manger greeted us and asked us about our meal. It’s hard these days to find great service and this place has great food and great service.

Food was delicious. The hush puppies were top notch! The juiciest fried chicken ever!
My son loved his fried chicken (and he’s super picky).
The ambiance and atmosphere is perfect for families with kids, super peaceful and accommodating. Beautiful view of the harbor!
But more importantly, the service was AMAZING! Service was excellent! We were beyond impressed. They were great with our kids, so patient and generous.
Thank you to this restaurant and your service team for giving us a wonderful experience on our vacation.

The view was really nice!

The food was okay, nothing crazy that will make me ask for it again. But that’s expected in touristy places and we should know that, so that is not why I give 3 stars instead of 5.

Unfortunately It started raining and we ate inside. Can’t control weather. At least we had a nice table, upstairs that we could see the view.

=> 3 stars because it was our first time there and with Covid you are never sure what’s the policy of each place. We asked questions like: do you allow dine in? Can we sit outside although it looks like it might rain?
And they answered but they were not very polite to someone that comes for the first time to your place.

=>3 stars because they gave us to a waitor that made us feel like we should be thankful that he will bring our food. Without a smile, annoyed when we asked 1 or 2, really no more that 2, questions…and we were the ONLY ones that he had at the time. So he was not even busy.
No excuse.

=> 2 stars because the food was expensive for what it was. Shrimp tacos and chicken with fries. I MEAN COME ON. But I upgraded to 3 because it offers the view at least.

Waitstaff was very friendly. The food was great! Only issue is the low country boil was a little over cooked. All in all, it was a great visit. Not often can you get MD old bat this far south of MD.

Great alternate to the main restaurant. My family visited on a summer weekday evening, and the main restaurant had a long line just to get on the list. I walked over to the Wreck and we walked right in, & sat on the patio. The menu is nearly the same and the atmosphere is really chill and low key – dining on the dock! We loved it and will surely visit again. Oh yeah, all the food was

Fun place for a family outing, or a drink with friends. Nice view as well. They have made changes since I was last here. The inside is closed. Not sure for renovations or what. Also, the hours have been cut drastically. No lunchtime hours. Basically 4:00 – 9:00. So, not the same vibe as before.

Very disappointed I used to love this place. It was a tradition to come here and they use to have great quality food. Extremely long wait just to have a new table of four walk in and get service. Once I finally got up and explained to a waiter my situation he took my order Then forgot what I ordered multiple times and had the table next to me just have the food set randomly on the table with no care of who had what. And the menu is about 10 options nothing like they use to serve… Poor quality. Poor service overpriced.

***Update*** I got sick from the shrimp. I wish I could give zero stars.

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. My family ordered drinks & food while enjoying the views and the kids were entertained in the game room (That was awesome). However, the menu is very small and the food is just okay. Will go back to hang out and have drinks with a view though! Again I’ll say, staff was amazing!

We’ve been coming here every summer for over 10 years. Tonight was the last time we’ll ever go back!! The crab cake sandwich was great, but that was the only thing good about the meal. The price has increased ridiculously from last year!! The staff was friendly but the service was terrible. We had empty cups most of the night as we watched the staff hang out at the bar and had to listen to them complain with the manager most of the meal about a customer who had just left. My son’s fruit made him sick and my husband had an awful excuse for asparagus in his vegetable side. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat; this place is NOT what it used to be.
