Fabulous wraps and sandwiches — varied selection to suit a wide range of tastes and preferences. The kettle chips they serve with their meals are outstanding — crispy and flavorful, not too salty. Locally owned and managed business with a longstanding/substantive commitment to the community. A casual lunchtime visit revealed such good interactions between people that we were truly moved by the spirit of the place.

On December 10th, I ordered a gluten-free wrap that was inedible. When I received the wrap, it was falling apart, difficult to pick up and crumbled when tried to be eaten.
I reached out to the store to see what my options were and was told by the owner directly that I would get a refund. After a week, she reached back out to me and ask for my debit card number. A week later, she asked me to provide my bank statements showing that I made this purchase. After frustratingly waiting for two weeks for my money, I was told I could not get a refund from them and had to get my refund processed through DoorDash because the owner was upset that I was upset I didn’t have my money back. Unfortunately, my order was not placed through DoorDash, but was placed directly through their website. DoorDash had no record of my order and my refund could not be processed through them. I explained this to the owner and since then, I have not heard from her. I ended up having to dispute this charge with my bank and won. Extremely unlawful, unfair and deceptive business practices. I will never return and will make sure to let as many people as I can about this awful experience.

I got the San Antonio which has Tex-mex chicken and it was amazing. I don’t really eat spicy food but it was the perfect amount of spice for me (if you love spicy it probably won’t be spicy for you) they also toasted the wrap which I love and the potato chips were fresh super light, not greasy at all. We also got another wrap that was classified as a tomato wrap and that was good too. It’s just red wrap with a tiny hint of tomato, recommend. You can always customize any wrap to your liking!

I get a wrap from here at least once a week. Outstanding, friendly service and the food is fresh and delicious. Big fan of the Buffalo Anchor wrap (great buffalo sauce!), and the Buffalo chicken salad. But whatever I order I’m never disappointed. The ingredients really are fresh. And those chips! Seriously over the top. It’s a Wrap City thing – a bit of sugar, a bit of salt. Delicious! Thanks for always being THE BEST!

Every time I go into this Wrap City location, I always have a great experience! The food is absolutely amazing, and always comes out quickly. The Alamo is my go-to but we have tried so many and love them all. Nothing beats the chips, and we love to use them for birthday parties too! Catering prices are fair and our party attenders are never disappointed with those yummy wraps! Great customer service, clean and overall very friendly people working there!

We are here visiting from Michigan and stopped here twice because it was so good! Great service, great vibes, and great food. We could taste the freshness of the ingredients and loved the homemade chips. We met the owner, Martha, and she gave us good recommendations of things to do locally. Hooked on the Miamiwich, but have had several other sandwiches and wraps that were delicious. Everything is affordable, you definitely get your money’s worth. Excellent service and hospitality as well, the owner Martha is great. Couldn’t recommend this location more!
