Not greeted upon walking in. Placed a $39 online order and was unsure where to pick it up. Was awkwardly ignored while standing by the counter and eventually saw the online order pick up. Grabbed my bag and left. No employees spoke to me for the time I was inside even when waiting by the counter. Food was okay. Chips I received were literally just crumbs and quite disappointing when everyone raves about these chips. Wrap had minimal turkey in it but was loaded with cheaper filler like stuffing. For being a brand new location, I definitely had higher expectations for food and service and they missed the mark on both unfortunately.

We ordered the Kingston jerk and the steak blue. Will definitely be back. The blue cheese on the steak melted perfectly complimenting the steak. The chicken alone made the wrap amazing. Perfect portion for the price was also massive and we had leftovers. The homemade chips were a nice touch. Thank you for a great meal!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was seriously impressed! Everything was absolutely delicious, and there were so many great options to choose from. Jordan behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a great value for the price. Had ordered two Roman Delights and brought them home to eat, realized there was little to no dressing on wraps. I called and let them know willing to bring them back to be remade, and the person on the phone (named Ben) was so nice and offered for me to come in and have them remade when convenient for me. Also very nice regional manager (forgot the name) reached out to me about the incident and rectified everything. I was very satisfied with the food and customer service and definitely plan on going there again.

Bad doordash experience but the staff at Wrap City saved the day! Thank you SO much to Melissa for hand delivering our families order after our doordasher forget half of it and doordash wouldnt redeliver. Really went out of there way to make sure it was made up for. And it was beyond appreciated! Food was flavorful and delicious. Thank you so much again to the whole team and Melissa!!

The vibes in this place are immaculate! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted like a celebrity. The staff here makes it feel like serving *you* personally is the best part of their day. Ben especially is always full of enthusiasm and good energy- he likes to tailor his recommendations to each guest coming in! I’ve tried a couple of wraps now and I can’t wait to try them all, they are ALL good!

The folks working today were lovely, friendly and helpful…our sandwiches and the chips were delicious! The only reason for the reduction is there was cheese on a sandwich we asked for without it. I’m sure they would have fixed it…but we were hungry, and went with it. Thank you folks!
