I want to apologize to the manager and staff for my unpleasant review I gave a few months back. It was a take out order. I had said some unkind words about the food and the staff. I deeply regret the whole review. It isn’t in my nature to be mean, this is not who I am.
I’m deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart of what I said that day. You didn’t deserve that. It is really a nice place and food is great!
Recently, I returned and purchased a BLT on sour dough. I must say it was fantastic! The bread was flavorful, lettuce and tomato was fresh and just enough mayonnaise. The sandwich was just the right size. It was large enough so that half of it could be satisfying.
The chips had flavor, lightly crispy along with just enough to fill the plate. It was a pleasing meal. It was also prepared very promply. I’d say it was served to me within 7 minutes. The staff was attentive, friendly, pleasant and curtious. Along with place being very clean.

Come here almost weekly. Always great. Food is always fresh, store is spotlessly clean. Even the bathrooms. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Salads are huge and lettuce is super fresh and crispy. Buffalo chicken salad is A+. Jackson was a huge help and made sure our food was perfect. Thank you!

We stopped into Wrap City in Amherst and were immediately greeted by Brendan, who was super friendly and outgoing. Right away he asked if we’d been in before and whether we usually stick to a go-to order or switch it up each time. It was a small gesture, but it really stood out—he made an effort to connect and start a genuine conversation, not just take our order and move on.
Brendan also offered a couple of his personal sandwich recommendations, which was actually helpful and made the whole experience feel a bit more personal. It’s rare to walk into a spot and have someone go out of their way like that. Definitely left a good impression, and we appreciated the extra bit of effort.

My first time at this restaurant and chain. I ordered the Santa Barbara wrap because I was in the mood for something with crispy chicken. While the wrap tasted good, but the breading on the chicken was soft and soggy.
