I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered the shrimp and grits and clearly requested no sausage because I’m Muslim and do not eat pork. When my food arrived, I found pieces of sausage in it. I politely asked for it to be remade, but the staff told me there was no sausage in it and they refused to remake my order, only offering a refund. My grandmother always orders their shrimp and grits with no sausage so I was confused on how they couldn’t remake it without it.
If you have dietary restrictions or religious food limitations, I recommend being cautious when ordering here they will not accommodate you at all for it.

Thank you Claudia and Stephen for outstanding service. Customer service was very warm and welcoming and the food was better. I spent around 12 dollars for shrimp and broccoli, only ate half and i am STUFFED. Overall, everything was outstanding from flavor of the food to the staff.

Im not going to lie food was pretty good BUT customer service was AWFUL!! Young man that was a cashier was great BUT the Chinese lady that was the owner was rude!! She was yelling at the cashier while customers were there. Then when I asked for extra ranch she went off!! I told her I didn’t mind paying but she was screaming they have the best prices and I wasn’t getting anything for free. Mind you I never said I wouldn’t pay. The way she acted, she doesn’t have to worry about me anymore. She needs to learn customer service skills and how to treat her employees.

The presentation of the fish sandwich was cool. I ordered from here because they had fried okra. Just for me to get it and it’s fried to the point of dryness. The okra was put into the styrofoam container so hot that it melted through.

The first thing I ever tried was their seafood boil, and it blew me away. They bring it out in a huge pan loaded with perfectly seasoned shrimp, crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Since then, I’ve tried just about everything on the menu — and it’s all amazing.
The prices are also the best in Ellenwood, hands-down. You get generous portions, real flavor, and quality that beats most spots around.
And I can’t forget about Ms. CeCe — she’s the heart of the place! Always full of energy, hilarious, and makes everyone feel welcome. Between the food, service, and vibe, WOW Seafood is a true hidden gem on Fairview Road.

The customer service was very professional. Me and a coworker ate here for lunch. They have a small dine in area, but it’s clean and well kept. We ordered some small salmon bites that were crispy and hot. The rib tip and fried rice was good. The meat was tender and the honey bbq sauce complimented it very well. Got a fish sandwich with flounder 2 pieces served with lettuce tomato and onion. The sauce was a nice touch similar to a remoulade much better than having plain tartar sauce. You got to try the Cajun fries, seasoned crispy to perfection. There prices are very affordable and I would patronize the business again.

I would’ve given this place four stars for the food because it was actually very good but I got short-changed. This was suppose to be a fish platter with a side of rice, but it turned out to be a rice platter with a side of fish. It was two small pieces of fish. I understand that prices are higher nowadays but the portions should match the price. Customer service was very good.
