Wow Bao at Chicago O’Hare Terminal 5 offers a quick and tasty Asian-fusion bite before your flight. Famous for its soft steamed buns with BBQ pork or teriyaki chicken, plus rice and noodle bowls. The spot is clean, efficient, and ideal for travelers needing a warm meal on the go. Located near Gate M10 after security, open from morning to late evening. Great service, fresh flavors, and perfect airport comfort food.

Summary- Really bad dumplings. Eat somewhere else. Details- I ordered 8 chicken and ginger dumplings. Terrible. No chicken or ginger flavor. Oily with a tough skin. The chef added too much water and the skin fell off some dumplings. Dumplings were not hot. The tables are dirty.

Derek was amazing! Good dude. He described the food with accuracy and had the bowl plus 2 bao combo. I has smicy mong for 1 bao and bbq the 2nd. What a great flavor. I am a fan now. Give that man a raise!

Wow Bao at Chicago O’Hare’s International Terminal 5 offers a quick and convenient option for travelers craving Asian-inspired comfort food. The menu features a variety of bao buns, rice bowls, and soups. While the food is decent and flavorful, it’s not particularly extraordinary. The service can be a bit rushed, typical for an airport setting. It’s a good stop if you’re looking for something fast, but don’t expect an unforgettable dining experience. Perfect for a quick bite on the go.

Rice is over cooked and overly processed sauce for chicken. Not edible. The cheeseburger bao was ok. Save your money. Chose another place to eat.

If I could rate a 0, I would.
Staff was incredibly rude, ignoring customers and talking to each other (customers could overhear and it was not business conversation.) Menu isn’t updated, discontinued items are still listed. All the prices on the menu are not accurate; we were charged more for the meal.
Would rather eat at a place that doesn’t taste good, than be serviced by rude workers.

The food is good considering in the airport food court. We are excited to see wow bao available. Bao and rice bowl are good enough that we finish them all.

I’ve never had such an overpriced meal. I paid $20 for what? The size of the bowl was so small—like a kid’s size! An adult can’t get full from such a portion. Delicious, but very, very small.

I only ate here because my flight was significantly delayed and delta gave me 3 $12 food vouchers that I could only use at the food court. The workers were helpful and I wanted to use all of my vouchers’ credit, but the bowl was the worst thing that I’ve eaten in years and I threw it away, even though I don’t like wasting food.
