if you’re looking to get food somewhere this is the last place you should ever go. the portions are TINY, like barely the size of a side, but twice the price of your average entree. the food was also the driest, worst food I have ever consumed. it is shockingly bad. I don’t ever write reviews for places but I felt compelled to for Wow Bao because my experience with them was absolutely atrocious. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could but I can’t, so please read the reviews before considering ordering from here.

Definitely wish I had read this reviews before ordering. Very disappointing experience. We ordered delivery and they forgot the pot stickers, which were basically half the order. We also got the teriyaki chicken bowl, which has about 2 small silvers of chicken on top of dry white rice. The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because the flavor was mildly enjoyable.

Wow who owns this place? Who manages it? Is there anyone ensuring quality? This is the saddest asian food I’ve ever had. First, the portion is super small a d for the price you can get 2-3 times more of better quality food anywhere. Second, i ordered kung pao and I got something that did not look like it, that was not spicy and with little to no chicken in it! Thirdly, why is your rice so overdone?! What a sad sad excuse of a restaurant…

The price for the portion was way too high. None of the bao we ordered were delivered but they subbed them with the beef bao and no one in our party could eat it. There was a hair in the beef and a bone in the chicken. Nothing was labeled so telling apart the bowls was difficult. There is no quality control here.

Message to buyer-“quantity insufficient”. I ordered the bowl + 2 bao. The chicken teriyaki bowl had no chicken-it was just sauce and rice. When I attempted to request a refund via Uber eats based on my photo, I was not entitled to a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This was probably one of the worst take out experiences I e had. First off you guys charge way too much for what you give. Secondly your food did not wow me. The filling to bread ratio on the baos and eggrolls are a joke. Thirdly my order was wrong. I ordered a BBQ and a vegetable BAO and got 2 bbq ones instead. I also ordered 3 eggrolls and only got 2. I will never order from here again.

Update: Called DoorDash and they contacted Wow Bao to send my missing items. Wow Bao almost refused to send me the missing items. My Door Dasher waited for almost an hour on my food and called me to let me know. I spoke with the manager and he tried to not give me all the items missing and claimed “we never do this.” I got my missing items 1 hour and 45 minutes after DoorDash contacted Wow Bao. Awful, awful service.

My review is suspiciously missing, even though it was here about a month ago. This is a ghost kitchen that serves exclusively Doordash orders out of the back of a Ruby Tuesday. Pretty sure the entrees are from a TV dinner. I thought the baos were as well, but I just had a frozen bao that was amazing compared to this place. I knew something was up when the Doordasher told me it wasn’t from a real restaurant, but wouldn’t tell me where it came from. Never again

Never will I order from here again. I ordered the teriyaki bowl and got no meat just teriyaki onions over rice absolutely to much spent for it to be this bad. I highly will not be ordering again and I definitely don’t recommend anyone

We placed an order through Uber eats and it comes missing all of the dumplings and and an order of the bao . Literally nearly half the food we ordered . Then we figure out there’s no contact number . Skip this place
