This would be the last time ordering from this restaurant. Nothing is good. I have ordered spicy kung Pao chicken fried rice bowl which looks like a disaster with no seasoning and flavor. Teriyaki chicken Bao which did not have chicken and is filled with some cheap stuff. Apple cinnamon Bao was good and the custard was raw in the Coconut Custard Bao since it smelled like raw egg yolks. It’s better not to say anything about potstickers and rolls.

Wow who owns this place? Who manages it? Is there anyone ensuring quality? This is the saddest asian food I’ve ever had. First, the portion is super small a d for the price you can get 2-3 times more of better quality food anywhere. Second, i ordered kung pao and I got something that did not look like it, that was not spicy and with little to no chicken in it! Thirdly, why is your rice so overdone?! What a sad sad excuse of a restaurant…

Definitely wish I had read this reviews before ordering. Very disappointing experience. We ordered delivery and they forgot the pot stickers, which were basically half the order. We also got the teriyaki chicken bowl, which has about 2 small silvers of chicken on top of dry white rice. The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because the flavor was mildly enjoyable.

Avoid it. Worst food ever. You get about 3 oz (including box) overly salted fried rice for $7? Not enough for a 5 yrs old. The pickup is inside another restaurant. Hope it turns famous later.

Every single item was awful. I feel like the frozen tgi Fridays microwavable garbage from the grocery store would have been better than the trash they sell from the restaurant itself. Maybe it’s because you already prepared yourself and know it’s going to be terrible.

This location is missing the coconut custard and the Apple cinnamon boa. The one farther away from us has them. This location on DoorDash does not and they never answer the phone if they do they put you on hold and never pick up again.

Overall just a very sub par experience. I live about 10 minutes away from the location I ordered from. Order some Bao, potstickers and the orange chicken bowl. The orange chicken bowl was by far the worst part of the meal as the rice was dry and the chicken soggy (don’t ask me how). The bao were second worst which is ironic as it’s their signature dish. The bottoms were either wet or completely mushy with the tops being hard and insides dry. The pot stickers were just pot stickers. Nothing special about them, which isn’t really a bad thing I just didn’t get any sauce for them.

Update: Called DoorDash and they contacted Wow Bao to send my missing items. Wow Bao almost refused to send me the missing items. My Door Dasher waited for almost an hour on my food and called me to let me know. I spoke with the manager and he tried to not give me all the items missing and claimed “we never do this.” I got my missing items 1 hour and 45 minutes after DoorDash contacted Wow Bao. Awful, awful service.
Do not eat here! We were so excited to try Wow Bao and we ordered from DoorDash. Wow Bao canceled our order, which was weird, but we reordered. We got our order and over half of it was missing! And what we had was so skimpy! The container was 85% rice. There is no number listed to call Wow Bao directly, so I had to call DoorDash to explain. Will never eat here again.
