Great little place on the south side of town! Very affordable (if you don’t order half the menu like we did )! Fried pickles, curly fries, tots, foot long coneys, burgers were all great! Kids enjoyed it too! Will definitely be back!

Pictured is the “Dog House burger”. It was recommend by our waitress and it was excellent. Also got the frosted mug root beer that delicious as well as crinkle fries. Not pictured was a coney dog and house ranch. The ranch was great but did have a kick to it. Will be returning.

Pretty good little spot. We had the foot long, dog house burger, the pizza-dog wich, fried mushrooms, regular root beer and a red cream soda float.
The pizza sandwich was pretty plain, just like some bread with 2 hot dogs, a small slice of pepperoni, little bit of sauce and cheese, that’s it. ♀️
The foot long, burger, mushrooms, and floats were all pretty good and we’d get again. Service was quick and pleasant also. Love that they have car window service or you can park over on the side and they have a covered patio you can sit and enjoy food outside.

Just ok for drive in style! They had a limited menu when I was there, and no bathroom on premises. There is a gross porta pody acrossed the parking lot. I had the coney 4/5 and a root beer float 3/5. Root beer is ok at best. Food took along time to come out. I would recommend going to the root beer stand on woodman if your in the area.

Want to step back in time to a old fashioned car hop restaurant? This place is close except for the notebook computers used for ordering by the car hops. Great little place to visit. Friendly service. Eat at the picnic tables or in your car. We get the regular Coney dogs with onion. Excellent taste. One slight ding for a squooshed bun. Also get the crinkle cut fries. Very good, nice and crispy with a good portion size. Everyone needs to try out this place before they close for the season.

Great footlong and root beer! Service was great and you can tell they shred their own cheese. Prices are very reasonable and if you like to complain out the price of food, don’t go out to eat.

My wife and I love Wot A Dog over the root beer stand on Woodman in Dayton because they are friendlier, a little less pricey plus you can use your credit card or debit card. This place is actually quicker than the place on Woodman because they make multiple orders at the same time whereas the place on Woodman does only one order at a time.

Been coming here since I was a little kid since they’ve been around longer than me. The place is very well known locally and has changed ownership several times over the years. Thankfully, the current owner has done an excellent job of bringing the place back to its former glory along with being open to trying new things to keep things fresh.
They’ve always been best known to us for their signature foot long coneys and draft root beer. Anytime we’re back home visiting family we have to stop if it’s within season.
The staff are excellent and it’s rare to find any legit drive in places anymore but if you’re in the area or close enough during the summer season, we highly recommend checking it out!
