Chocolate arrived with the callets all together, like it melted before and stayed that way, and it’s not that hot anymore. The package stayed no more than 5 minutes outside. I think they sent a package that was already melted. Frustrating. I ordered from Pastry Depot before and it arrived perfect.

*The reply to my comment is a bad attempt to cover the nonexistent customer service this “business” offers. Not one email from me sent to WWC received a reply. With what data was used to find my comments a lie? Chocolate lovers, LOOK ELSEWHERE to have a better experience for your $$ and time. Face it: you earned this 1 star.* I only made one order with this company for cocoa powder. I had sent a question to the company either by its website or newsletter and no one replied. I believe I resent my question another time before I decided to call this business. The older male I spoke with used unnecessary profanity in his discussion with me about my question and how no one answered my online messages. His tone seemed cold as well and my question would not incite any emotion. I later unsubscribe and had not ordered since. There are better operating companies that sell cocoa products fortunately. The one star is for my cocoa despite my dislike of the packaging. I could smell the cocoa as I removed it from the shipping package, which influenced my question. I did not like the response of the older male as it makes no sense for me to smell cocoa in what is supposed to a sealed bag. The pictured z’smores was a free candy with my purchase. This candy was stale and under-performing in taste. Very disappointing!! You earned this review.

I had the pleasure of visiting World Wide Chocolate to buy supplies for a class that my husband and I are taking. From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted warmly until the time we left, it was a great experience. They took the time to explain the differences in chocolates and beans, and because we were students, they gave us samples. The information they provided was extremely beneficial, and the chocolate that they supply is top notch. We are looking forward to future trips to see them in NH!

Just had a tour of the place. Craig was very helpful and the selection is amazing. Perhaps the highest quality chocolate you can find in all of New England. The chocolate comes in very large packages suitable for bakeries and restaurants but also come repackaged in 1lb and 1lb sizes that are great for at home bakers. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

I’ve bought Callebaut white chocolate here, and when I realized that it was a mistake and I need to order another type of chocolate I contacted them. Their return policy is charging you for so many expenses that it won’t be enough for giving your any money back! For the return the package I have to be charged for label, for shipping, for box (which I didn’t receive with order) and for the the USPS service! And generally, if you return the chocolate in an excellent condition with all freezing stuff, and if they receive returned chocolate and it melted by postal quilt, you still have no refund in that case! It’s crazy! Be very careful with this company!

2. A chocolate company should automatically provide that shipment option
3. They ignored my email about the option
4. Filed a complaint with BBB and they denied a refund

BBB did not determine that you were right but closed the case as they often do for no reason at all. Lies all around. Also I contacted them because I didn’t hear from you. A totally untrustworthy and dishonest company

I have never shopped here in person, but I have had a great experience with their online store so far! I just placed my third order with them. The site is easy to navigate, they offer reward points for discounts on future purchases, and they have always promptly shipped my items in a well-packed box. You can even pay a little extra for weather proof packaging and gift wrapping. The product itself has been amazing! My BF LOVED the Dolfin chocolate I got him for Christmas and we both really enjoyed the Mo Me hot cocoa. 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered some chocolate truffles from this ripoff company which normally sold through Amazon for $19.99 and this so-called company charged me $49.97. Can you believe this? What kind of ethics and fair business tactics does this company follows? I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. If any of you people see or hear the name Worldwide Chocolate ok
