One of my absolute favorite spots to grab a drink and watch a game. The bartender, Jose, is always so friendly, funny, and great at making beer selections. The beer taps are constantly rotating, so there’s always something new to try. If beer isn’t your thing, they have a large craft cocktail menu, full liquor bar, and Jose makes the best margaritas around if you ask. They serve delicious scratch-kitchen style pub food, but also have plenty of salads, bowls, kids meals, and wings that will satisfy even the most picky eaters. While I wish I could remember all the details, if you visit you’ll notice that they have great weekly specials, entertainment such as trivia, and a week day happy hour that can’t be missed. Thanks WOB, management, and Jose for always providing a 5 Star night out in Tampa.

I’d recommend this spot for a game day vibe. Im not a beer drinking so I can’t speak on that but they serve one heck of an old fashion. The game day specials were great I love the Buffalo shrimp. This will be my new game day spot for sure.

had an awesome experience at World of Beer and will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere was relaxed but still lively, and they had such a huge selection of drinks that there was something for everyone. The food and drinks came out quickly and everything tasted great.
What really made the visit stand out though was the service from my server, Taylor. Taylor was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about giving customers a good experience. From recommendations to checking in at the right times, the service was honestly amazing. Overall, it was one of the best casual dining experiences I’ve had in a while.

Good lunch! Wide selection of beers. Decent amount of menu options to choose from. Server was great, but food was a little slow. Everything was correct and tasty though.

It was Saturday night. The sign said seat yourself and then we waited for staff to notice we are there. Eventually got menus and then waited for a waiter/waitress to greet us. Placed our orders and appetizers came out pretty quick, but no napkins or silverware. Appetizers ended up as the best part of the meal. The burgers were average at best. The tiny sides of tater tots and fries that came with the burgers were barely room temperature and seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. We only saw our waiter when we placed our order and when we paid. Anything else was handled by staff bring out food. Not a great first impression, but the appetizers were good.

Ummm.. so I’ve been here multiple times, and 9/10 times everything, and everyone is fabulous. This time, Samantha, was angry (infuriated)..that my boyfriend and I decided to sit in her area (at the bar, behind the register.) I greeted her very respectfully. And I told her it was nice to see her. She didn’t respond to that.. but her voice and demeanor completely changed when she asked if we knew what we were drinking…we could tell she was angry by the way she acted short, and sounded very irritated. Now this is pretty wild to me, because she is at work, and therefore needs to treat clients who are willing to tip, a little better.
Samantha went back into the kitchen to yell in someone else’s face (loud enough for the whole place to hear) she was pissed off because she had to deal with us? First of all, I have no idea what happened and I do not care..
My boyfriend and I got up and left. That’s was absolutely traumatic. No one, but her knows what happened. She showed extremely unprofessional and very uncomforting behavior. I believe a drug test should be in order. That behavior was absolutely wild and has nothing to do with work. Whether or not you have a problem with somebody who walks in… She could have denied us. It would have made more sense. Because we know she’s a little cray cray.
World of beer was a really good restaurant to go to until this happened. Even though this might not involve me.. I will never spend my money there again. Not as long as I or my company get treated like that.

Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and always offers helpful recommendations tailored to each guest’s preferences. He checks in at the perfect times, making sure everything is just right without ever being overbearing. Orders are always accurate, and service is prompt and seamless. What truly stands out is Tyler’s positive attitude and strong work ethic. He approaches every table with enthusiasm and treats every guest with respect and care. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values creating a great experience for everyone he serves.

I never thought I would write a review like this, especially because I have previously given this location a five-star review. World of Beer has always been my favorite place. I am a loyal customer, I’ve visited multiple locations, and this was the very first place I came to when I moved to Florida. That’s why what happened tonight was especially disappointing.
The night actually started on a good note. The atmosphere was nice, and there was live music, which made the experience enjoyable at first.
At 9:49 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 12:00 AM, the manager, Alexander Gonzales, instructed the bartenders to stop serving us based purely on an assumption that my husband had hiccups and therefore must have been “over his limit.” There was no respectful conversation, no explanation, and no attempt to assess the situation directly with us.
At no point was I disrespectful. I raised my voice only because the situation was unfair and poorly handled, and I was trying to understand his actions. Instead of explaining or de-escalating, he used my reaction, which was caused by his own abrupt and unjustified approach, as the reason to ask us to leave.
That is not responsible service. That is poor leadership and misuse of authority. Because of this experience, I will no longer recommend this location nor consider it my favorite. Sadly, a place I once trusted lost that status tonight.

Tyler has been awesome. He is the king of the bad news . Lol they don’t serve my fav meal anymore. But the had excellent customer service saving what could have been a bad time making it a great time thanks brother. I would return just for the customer service alone
