Great new Work & Class in Englewood with shareable plates. Beef Short Rib and Salmon were excellent, the 1/4 portion is pretty good sized. Also, loved the cauliflower app, and the goat cheese mashed potatoes are a must. Good service, but busy and pretty loud, more of a city style atmosphere. Give it try!

We’ve been for brunch twice, food is just as great as the RiNo location! Attentive servers and upscale buildout without being stuffy. Avocado tostada and chilaquiles are standout brunch dishes.

Went for the first time during restaurant week. Service was a little too good at first, with 3 different people checking in within the first few minutes. Placed an order right away and salad came out quick. Huge salad with tempura broccoli, asparagus, and great flavor. After that we were very impressed and excited for the mains.
It took over an hour for anything else to come out. They finally checked back in after about 40 minutes and apologized for the wait. The rest of our dishes arrived together, but nothing was as good as the salad. It was all fine but they serve each thing in its own little dish, so the tiny pile of lamb or little dish of mashed potatoes looks a bit sad. Flavors were fine, but nothing I would bother coming back for.

What a fun new place in Englewood. Everything was tasty. Wish I would have got a Pic of the butterscotch taster. Will be back soon.

The original is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver, so to have the second location open 8 min from home is the best. They took the best of the original location and added breakfast and lunch too! If you haven’t been to Work & Class, this is your sign to go. Get the spiced fried plantains for an appetizer AND dessert. The lamb is some of the best around, fried trout is excellent, the chicken is the best you’ll ever have. And seasonally they change the menu around!

Big fans of the original W&C in RiNo and we were excited to check out this new location. We went for brunch and unfortunately, the food was kinda bad.
The nata pastry (egg tart) was cold and chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Filling was like a thick cold sugar paste, not an fluffy egg consistency like I expected.
The breakfast burrito was big and overstuffed, but the “pork carnitas” inside was a soft, colorless ground meat with a very strange consistency. It reminded us of canned meat and was a bit off putting.
Lastly, the short rib hash – $18 for this dish is criminal. There was barely any meat at all, and it came in a tiny skillet covered in lettuce which made it frustrating and difficult to eat.
Just an incredibly mid selection of dishes that tasted below average. Nothing about this brunch menu said ‘Dana Rodriguez’ and that was disappointing. I noticed the OG location is only open for dinner and and am chalking this experience up to “maybe brunch just isn’t their thing.” Might give it another chance sometime for dinner, but it’ll be awhile.

Gabby at the bar is amazing! The food is wonderful! I highly recommend the cilantro rice and beans as well as the harissa roasted vegetables. The trout and the lamb are perfect as well. You will not go wrong having lunch or dinner here! The service is so good, the staff is so welcoming and the food is amazing! We have made this a regular visit for our family.

Brilliant food, fantastic venue. We went for the Colorado lamb, short rib, Cajun fries, braised greens and corn bread. Zero complaints, the staff were also very pleasant.

Cons: Didn’t get my latte until after the food was delivered. Ambiguous bussing/tipping model. Avocado tostada was clever and delicious, but not substantive.
Pros: The food is second to none in this area. The latte was perfect. Wagyu burger should be a mainstay. Topo Chico in bottles, hell yeah. The eerie blue glow of the vertical farm makes it feel like you’re in a spaceship. Reasonable prices.

We’ve been so happy ever since Work & Class moved into our Englewood neighborhood. The food is consistently wonderful, and the only thing that outshines it is the amazing staff. We especially love visiting our new favorite morning barista, Morgan. If you need a weekend pick-me-up, stop in and see her. Her bubbly energy is sure to brighten anyone’s day!
