Everything was delicious. Corn ribs had the right amount spice and pairs perfect with the aioli. I ordered the Bulgogi burger and he had the woo signature. At my first bite I was planning ny next visit. Fries were perfectly crisp and well seasoned.
As you can see i made an art piece out of the corn ribs aftermath ❤️.
We surely will be returning.

Let me start by saying, I was reluctant when my husband suggested smash burgers for lunch. HOWEVER, this is NOT just another “smash burger joint”. There’s a thoughtfulness put into every flavor that is put on the plate. The Classic Smash was delicious with its caramelized onions, delicious pickles, and special “Woo sauce”. My husband added jalapeños and bacon jam to his. They were both amazing! We also got fries to share and they were so perfect and hot. Chef Woo brought us some garlic aioli and told us to mix with ketchup for an amazing sauce to dip the fries. He wasn’t wrong. We also had the famous Corn Ribs. I have never had anything like it! So delicious but they have a kick! He told us that all the sauces and spice mixes are created by himself. The place was clean and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back..next time I trying the famous Bloom Chicken I keep seeing great reviews for! Thank you Chef Woo for such a quality twist on something that can be such a basic meal! See you soon!

There is nothing that can be improved about WooSmash. The interior is squeaky clean, and the staff members and owner treat every single one of the customers like family members. The food is unbeatable at this price range, and outclasses the bigger chain restaurants like Shake Shack and Smashburger. The flavor of the patties is rich, and every bite is genuinely phenomenal. They also have spicy options, and I NEED to say that their ability to make these burgers with more flavor than simply just being spicy is astounding, and something I don’t see often with similar places. Either way, WooSmash is a must-try.

At first when we heard that Chef Woo was closing Bloom, we were devastated. Bloom has consistently been one of our all time favorite restaurants in New Jersey and we’ve always loved recommending it to friends and family and taking guests there whenever we’ve wanted to celebrate or really show them an incredible meal.
But Chef Woo’s new fast casual concept WOOSMASH is still all of the levels of incredible and superb that Bloom was, just in a completely different form. The meal we had was just as amazing and impressive as any we had at Bloom. Love and attention and care put into every bite. The tenders are large, flavorful, juicy, and the variety of handmade flavors is overwhelming. We particularly enjoyed the dry rub bursting with complexity of flavors. The corn ribs were so much fun to eat especially dipped into the garlic aioli. But the burgers….WOO the burgers! Truly perfectly smashed with thin crispy lacy bits of almost bacon-like beefy goodness on the edges of the burger and so much savory flavor added by the miso caramelized onions and house-made pickles.
We could not have been more amazed and impressed by Chef Woo’s brilliant pivot into some of the best, most delicious, honest comfort food. The burgers are flavorful and heavy, the tenders are juicy and robust. The shakes are the thickest in the state. An incredible meal at an even more incredible value not surprisingly delivered by an incredible chef. We were wooed by WOOSMASH!

Food is great. The onion rings are a must have. Burgers hit. I ate the burger so quickly I forgot to take a picture, but they are accurate to what you see in their menu or social media
The flavors on the wings are pretty good, I just wish the meat was a little more flavorful (maybe more salt when seasoning?) definitely missing some flavor at the meat level. Skin is super crunchy, so that’s good.
Overall. Come here for the burger. Have the onion rings, corn, and fries. Skip the side of cheese for the fries. It feels and taste like cold supermarket liquid cheese.
This is a place worth trying. I recommend this place.

Highly recommend checking out WOO Smash! Delicious food and super friendly + warm staff. Our food came out really fast and was fresh + flavorful. The music was great (r&b jams) and we were able to grab a table and enjoy our dinner there. We got the classic burger + truffle fries + corn ribs – all delicious and would get them again!

Insanely good burger. I got the Woo Signature and had to stop myself from ordering a second. The sauce is heavenly and the patties were cooked perfectly. The French fries, corn ribs and onion rings were also very good. Can’t wait to come back.

Went to try this place as we lived locally. We previously tried the restaurant Bloom, and it was delicious. We were sad the previous restaurant had closed. Thankfully this faster food option opened up. The food was amazing. Korean influenced American smash burgers in the premise. The onions were carmalized beautifully. The corn ribs were tasty with a hit of spice. The service was friendly and attentive. The burgers tasted fresh. Would 100% go again
