Stopped by Wooree Banhjeom right when they opened, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I appreciated that they offered aprons right away so my clothes didn’t get messy while eating. It’s a small touch that goes a long way. Service was attentive with good follow-up, especially considering it was the start of their day. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so seating feels limited during peak times. Parking is shared with several other businesses, which can make things a bit crowded depending on when you come. Food came out quickly and tasted solid, matching what you’d expect from a Korean-Chinese spot. Nothing about the dishes particularly stood out, but everything was executed well enough. The overall vibe was clean, efficient, and straightforward. Prices felt reasonable for the portions. It’s the kind of place that works well for a casual meal when you’re craving something comforting. Overall, a good experience, even if nothing extraordinary jumped out during this visit.

The portions you get here are huuuuge! I was able to share a bowl of Jajang with another person, the tang su yuk was also shareable amongst a group of 5 of us! The pork had a nicely fried texture with the pork still being juicy inside. The Jajang had really good flavor, I’d say it’s the most flavorful jajang I’ve had so far! Service was quick and food came out relatively fast as well!

Wow, this might be one of the best Korean-Chinese restaurants in the area. We got the combo K and it was great and enough for a group. The kkampungi was crunchy and flaky, but juicy on the inside and bursting with spice. The 2 noodles jajangmyeon and jampong were delicious as well. Overall five stars, I will be back if I am in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars aren’t enough! I need more buttons to press. Honestly, this place deserves a standing ovation.

Clayton and I just ate at Wooree Bahnjeom, and this wasn’t just dinner… this was an experience. The kind that reminds you what real hospitality, real pride, and real flavor actually look like when a restaurant is doing it right.

Let me start with this: this was my very first experience with Chinese–Korean dishes, and I am genuinely baffled (in the best way possible) by how incredible the food tasted. The flavors were bold but balanced, comforting but exciting, layered and intentional, the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite like… wait, why is this THAT good? I walked in curious. I walked out converted.

Now, the service. The server was an absolute doll. Warm, attentive, genuinely present, and actually listening. My husband’s spice tolerance is a little more… gentle and mine is ready for war, so since we were trying dishes for the first time (and the ones we wanted were spicy), she made thoughtful, spot-on recommendations so both of us could enjoy the meal without sacrificing flavor or comfort. That kind of awareness is rare. It felt personal and intentional, not generic.

Then the moment that fully sealed the deal: the cook came out personally to check on us. Not rushed, not performative, just confident professionalism and real hospitality. He made sure everything was okay and then brought me a tiny sample of their black bean sauce. BABY… that sauce had depth. Rich, savory, bold, and memorable, the kind of flavor that hugs your soul and then demands a return visit. I can’t wait to come back and try the full dish that sauce belongs to because that sample alone was criminally good.

Now let’s talk about the soup, because wow. Both the server and cook worked together to accommodate us without hesitation, bringing out an original broth with very mild heat so my husband could fully enjoy it, and the flavor was still absolutely beautiful. Comforting, balanced, and layered. Proof that spice isn’t about pain; it’s about intention. Even with the heat dialed down, it still had that deep, satisfying flavor that makes you want to sip the broth like it’s medicine.

The dumplings were perfect, crispy, golden, not greasy, just right.
The chicken dish was stunning: beautiful presentation, bold flavor, and clearly made with purpose, not thrown together, not careless, not “good enough.” It was the kind of plate that looks good and tastes even better.

And one of my favorite details in the soup, the black mushrooms. I don’t even need the technical name because what mattered most is this: the texture was spot on. That perfect bite, that slight bounce, that way they soaked up the broth and delivered flavor with every chew? Unforgettable. Easily one of my favorite parts of the entire meal.

What stood out the most was that this place doesn’t just serve food, it serves care. When front and back of house move like a team, you feel it. You’re not just being served… you’re being looked after. That’s hospitality done right.

We will absolutely be back.
If you appreciate authentic flavor, thoughtful recommendations, staff who actually listen, and a kitchen that respects your palate instead of testing your pain tolerance, run to this restaurant, don’t walk.

Extra? Yes.
Impressed? Completely.
Converted? 100%.

We had the Wooree Combo K and it was more than enough for 3 people to share. The jajag myeon and jjamppong was exactly what we were looking for: well cooked noodles, abundance of toppings and flavorful. The kkanppunji (fried chicken in a spicy and sweet sauce) was much better IMO than the tansuyuk (sweet and sour pork). We still had leftovers even though we shared across 3.

If you have not been here yet, put down your phone and whatever you are doing and GO! Their jajang myeon 짜장면 and spicy seafood noodles 짬뽕 are on point. Their portions are generous and the flavors are so delicious. I can’t commend this place enough. If you are planning on going on the weekend, come early! Seats were full by 11:30 AM on a Saturday morning and people were lined up and putting their names in. They are worth the wait though. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend this restaurant 100/10!

The food was good. One of the best tang soo yuk(korean style sweet and sour pork) in WA.
My mom and cousin loved Jjamppong(seafood noodle soup).

If I am in the area, I will try to eat here again.

It was our first time here. I saw this place on Instagram. This is a new spot. Service was awesome and the vibe was awesome as well. Good size menu and lots to choose from.
Today, we ordered the Gan Jajang and the Brisket Jjamppong. Omg! They were both super yummy. The portions were a good size too. Lol we had left offers for later.
Overall, this is a yummy spot. We will definitely come back 🙂

First time here, my friend has been bragging about this place forever bc she knows how much i like jjompong. Everybody’s jjompong is a bit different BUT this one is so different it has REALLY GOOD “wok hay” (breath of the wok) in the stir fried veggies n meat that they layer on top of the soup…wok hay is what i hunt for in good fried rice (n other stir fried) n not everyone can achieve good wok skills. I havent had their fried rice but it is next on my list.
Will be back for sure!

탕수육 is really good and I usually get 간짜장 but their 짬뽕 is also really good. I’m from east coast and whenever I visit Washington, I come here. I think I’ve been here 3 times already . Staffs were always attentive and nice.
