Woolies must get their act together with this branch. With only about 5 people sitting down and 10 or so takeaway orders, it took 35 minutes to get my coffee. Why? Be prepared for the morning rush if the brand provides fantastic coffee.

My favourite go to order is the all day crispy potato rosti breakfast (I like to swop out the poached egg for scrambled egg) and finishing it off with the berry waffle to share.

We went for brunch and it was dissappointing. We waited to be seated and were ignored, when we decided to seat ourselves, staff cut infront of us without any ‘excuse me’. We ordered coffees and food. Of the food we wanted, the first option was not available and the second option they only had one portion. This is Sunday brunch, surely you make sure you are ready for service. Waitress was friendly, but not somewhere I would recommend.

I’m really impressed…Woolies restaurants ( at least 3 x different ones)… have really upped their service game. This is such a welcoming transition from the shocking service previously dealt out to their customers. The meet and greet, service, and the “table wait” were really noted ( greatly improved). We’ll done to those Food & and beverage managers that have gotten it right!

Food quality is fine. What’s letting Woolies down repeatedly is their inability to employ staff who can deliver good service. They can’t crack a smile, and spend their time talking in their language, rather than attend to the paying customers. Cannot fathom why people go there, when there are so many other places to frequent…
