Great spot. Great location. Great service. Great staff. Decent food. The Old Bay traditional wings and cinnamon applesauce were amazing. The other dishes purchased were average, typical in taste and super filling, and I would eat it again. The most shocking and blessing filled delight was the discount offered to military and first responders. By golly, 50% off. Thank you Woodys for supporting our military and first responders. As a military family, we are truly thankful for your gratitude and respect for those who serve.

This place is such a vibe !!! My wife and I recently visited the island for my birthday and Woody’s was one of our first stops. This place is so charming and is a great backdrop for photos. A highlight for me was the 50 % off discount for active military and veterans (which came in handy as my wife is a vet) . The fries were so tasty, the wings were ok , but the star of the show were the funnel cake fries!

Visiting the water park family and I stopped @ Woody’s for lunch. The highlight of our visit was the customer service supper friendly staff, apple sauce my kids had tasted like it was homemade which I liked, hubby enjoyed his garlic parm wings.
Unfortunately that’s where the complements end. We ordered 2 kids meals does not include a drink @ $11 each; the kids hot dog was tiny depending on your child’s appetite or age you may not want to go for that. The 2nd kids meal was a cheese burger decent portion for my 7yr old. My single smash burger was lacking in flavor and the bun over powered the pattie, patty was dry. I own a burger joint in my home town near D.C. and I can tell you the burger served to me was barley 3oz and it cost an arm and a leg.

Looks are definitely deceiving! My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. She got the classic and I got the Big Hot Woody. Wow, what a disappointment! The meat had ZERO flavor! It was like chewing on watery soft rubber. We both threw out about half our sandwiches. Even the fries tasted a bit funky. Which followed the sandwiches into the trash. If you want bland flavorless BBQ, stop on in. A huge disappointment considering it was over $40. Definitely won’t be going back!

Well, what can I say last year we came and had dinner here four nights out of our 7 day stay… it is not the same in fact, probably won’t waste our time in coming back, sorry….

If you skip out on Woody’s… you’re missing out! This place is GREAT!!! Food was soooooo good! They have a big menu, lots of options for everyone! And you get a lot of food for the money! My favorite items were the White Cheddar Mac n Cheese and the Corn Nuggets! The atmosphere is very beachy and fun! Right next to the water park! And the staff were very friendly! We ordered a lot and it came out so fast! This was our first time trying Woody’s and our first time in Chincoteague as well. We had just gotten settled and this was the first food place we tried! Will definitely stop by again before leaving at the end of the week.

In town for the day and unfortunately I guess it’s the off season because a couple places we wanted to try were closed. We decided to come down to this area since there were a lot of options and hoped something would be open. This one was, despite not appearing to be. Only has standing tables near it but picnic tables are across the parking lot so no one was around outside. Service was really fast and friendly. Ordered the classic pulled pork sandwich, fries and a fresh lemonade. It was ready before I even finished paying. The sandwich had a hearty amount of pork on it, and was very good. Could have used a little more sauce, but that could just be personal preference too. Ordered the medium fries since they said that would be good for 2…I think it would be better suited for 4, there were a lot of fries! And they were delicious as well. The lemonade was good too. All in all a great experience. Glad we tried it!

My family loves this place a lotttt, we used to come when i was younger, I think around 1st grade, and I remember coming and always enjoying it! Throughout the years this place is still memorable, and has kors of fun things to do. I don’t remember how the food tasted when I was a kid, but I remember liking it. Now as an 18 year old, I still like the environment and all that, its very nice in general. I didn’t like the food my family got. I disliked the sauce on the ribs & the chicken, but I think thats my own tastes tbh because all of my family loved it. The corn bread and mac and cheese were my favorite! The corn bread wasn’t dry at all! And the mac and cheese was really good!
