Just amazing service from start to finish. When we arrived we noticed it was extremely busy. They had a Christmas decor that was amazing and we noticed it on Instagram and that what made us come a half hour away. When we walked in our hostess noticed we were waiting and came up to us in the most thorough and kind fashion. She explained a table was reserved but asked us if we can be a little patient we would have a seat in a few. She’s “gets” it. You couldn’t have been more kind and respectful of our time. In the interim the manager came up to us and asked us if it was ok to be seated in a certain spot. Incredibly caring also. We couldn’t get to the bar because it was so busy but we were very satisfied with our seating and view of all the outstanding Christmas decorations. Our server was excellent as I had the cheese burger and my wife had the chopped salad. Even the server made sure we were well taken care of. Needless to say it was a great evening and the food was great too. It all starts at the front door to the finish and Woody’s was fabulous. Thank you for a great evening.

We’ve been here before and really enjoyed the burgers. This time, we decided to try something different. Ordered the French Onion soup, not good. It was oily and bland. We had the Ahi Tuna tacos. The tuna could have been seasoned a little more, but the sauce and avocado were good. We also had the beef tacos. These were more like chilly tacos. It was tasty but not what we expected. The ambiance is nice and it is pet friendly.

Went for lunch and a beer. Bartender was great. Friendly and fast. Decided to try the Ahi Tuna tacos. They were great. Tuna was seared just right and the sauce and fresh avocado topped it off. Would highly recommend. Atmosphere is always good too. Good experience.

They cooked ALL their meats incredibly. The hamburgers were cooked medium rare just right. The chicken tenders were cooked to just the right temp and were juicy and tender not burn and the chicken like cardboard. So supper + points for their meats here.

I’ve been here many times, so I’m surprised I have never written a review. Last night, I had the ahi tuna tacos because I wasn’t that hungry and they do not come with any sides. My friend had the filet mignon with cheese on an English muffin which was kind of a weird combination but she said it was okay. I forget the exact titles of what my other friends ate, but there are pictures here showing their food.

I went to woodys for the first time, needless to say i WONT be back! Unfortunately, I had Tyler as a server and he was rude and had attitude for no reason. Also upon entering, the hostess didn’t even greet us properly. She rolled her eyes at us. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I felt unwelcome. Other than that the food was alright. Management really needs to look at who they’re hiring and make sure their staff are treating the customers kindly because this is unacceptable.

Went here for the first time today. All I can say is that this was the best chargrilled burger I have ever had in my 54 years. It was juicy, tender, and had this amazing chargrilled crust and was still cooked to my requested medium temp. The char flavor doesn’t stop when you get to the center like on some burgers. The service was spectacular. The atmosphere is great. I only wish I took some pictures to post. Three times and still only get a burger. Would love to try other items on the menu….but…..burger

Waitress was a little inattentive. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful evening. They allow dogs unfortunately. I know a lot of people will hate me for saying that. But when the dog at the table right next to you is barking non stop at another dog at a different table and the owner doesn’t do anything. I had to ask them to please calm the dog down politely. Then I got an evil eye stare down from one of the people at the table. Then another dog passing by our table took a pit stop 5 ft away and urinated on the ground. The table next to me. Other customers were making eye contact and raising eyebrows. Not the most relaxing evening. They really should at least keep the dogs in one area. I would consider other options before coming back. it was a very nice setting But it’s not worth the potential stress.

Wonderful place nestled in Famingdale not far from Manasquan reservoir and Allaire state park. Great wooded inside and outside biergarden awesome Our waitress was friendly and attentive the food was delicious. From the tuna wraps burgers and wings not a bad meal to be had. Worth a stop for sure.
