I have been to this restaurant times before, however I’ve never recieved the service I have tonight. The waitress we had was extremely rude. I ordered the baked beans, a side I’ve ordered before, but this time the dish didn’t taste right. I bought it to the waitress attention, and when I told her the issue, she offered a different in which I declined. She, a few minutes later, comes out with the same side and told me to try this batch. I refused and she was very aggressive and forceful trying to have me to try the baked beans in which I declined already. This was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly for this I will not be returning.

I have had 3 to go orders in a row turn I to a disaster. I used to get great service, the past three times I have had to wait a hour from the time I ordered until it was ready for pick up. This past time I was told 20 min, when I got there right at 20, there seemed to be chaos. Multiple times servers asked the cooks about my order only to get told it’s coming up. I ordered at 630pm, got there at 650pm, and did not receive my food until 740pm. O don’t know who is managing this place but I never saw a manager the whole time. Whoever it is either does not care, or has no clue how to manage a restaurant. Three strikes your out with me.

It was… Okay. The BBQ was the best thing and that’s an exaggeration. The coleslaw was gross and very very finely chopped. I was not impressed. The fries were… Cold. The building itself looks closed, so they have a sign out front that states “We are open!”. That should of been the first clue. It was pricey for mediocre quality food.

Mixed opinion
We got there 30 minutes prior to closing and decided it was too late so we got up to leave. The folks there were telling us to stay even though it was too late. They really seemed nice and wanted our business so we stayed. This by itself was what makes my review seem like a mixed opinion.
The waitress rushed us the entire time
She turned off the TVs a little later and the radio. She seemed to be bothered by us and rushing everythimg. It pissed my wife off and she cowed to never come back. She wasn’t rude but it was obvious she was ready to go and get us out.
The food was ok…
Turkey good, ribs ok, chicken good, fries ok, barBQ beans horrible.
We will not return with all the other barBQ options in the area with better service and food.

Sent our employees to have lunch while in the area. They had a horrible experience – first when one of the employees mentioned an issue in the restroom, they sent the cook to fix the issue. When their food came to the table, there was what appeared to be a pubic hair in the food of one of the orders. When brought to the attention of the waitress, she said she couldn’t do anything about it, and would not get a manager for them to speak to. The entire experience was awful for our employees. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great. I went at 2 on a Saturday and its empty, which is insane. The wait staff was nice, food was fast and perfect, I’ve got 3 TVs with football and baseball with the sound ON, the football mix on one. I got everything I ordered and the menu is reasonably priced, especially for lunch. I’m definitely coming here again.

Great service! The waitress we had was phenomenol, one of the best i have ever had.very attentative. The onion rings were wonderful and lots of them. I had the taste of woodys platter n my fiance’ had the baby backs.both were cooked great, and very tasty. Very pleased with this experience

Great staff, I usually get take out. The manager is awesome. Listen even if your getting take out. LEAVE A TIP!! This location does prob.most of its business in takeouts, those servers gotta make money too. Trust me, a few dollars goes a long way for some. It’s Christmas, and I’m not rich by no means. But I made a promise to Myself and God. Bless people this year as much as I can. And if I can’t afford a minimum of a $10 tip yes even for take out, then don’t eat out. Help others. Love each other, and let’s all pitch in,. Merry And God Bless.

For a relatively slow evening, the food took forever and was cold on arrival. The beans were disgusting and the smoked Turkey smelled like spoiled Thanksgiving leftovers. Wait staff was lackluster at best. Last time I’ll ever eat here. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere.

The cook only had one job to do, and that was to cook the food/serve it hot. I was looking forward coming tonight since it had been a while. The place was practically empty. My food was barely hot, not even luke warm. Disappointing. The waitress, I think her name was Yueng,;she was awesome, has great customer service skills. I commend her for doing her best to rectify the situation.
