The Good:
1. Service was great. Very friendly.
2. The sides were good, maybe a bit better than good. I had the baked sweet potato and black eyes peas. My wife had squash and mashed potatoes. All were good.
The Bad:
1. “The Original BBQ” (Beef) was horrible. It was hold, hard and dry. It was uneatable. That says a lot from me.
2. My wife had the “BBQ Chicken” and had the same complaints.
If your business is a BBQ business, you should probably focus on the main entree. We will not be back.

Start with the one positive, the food and BBQ tasted delicious, but the overall service couldn’t move this review past 2 stars. Horrible service staff! After taking my drink order i had to be the one who walked up and got a menu. I ordered an ice tea with lemon, had to re-ask for the lemon. The place had very little customer’s inside, but the food took longer than usual, and once it did i had to wave down somebody to ask for dinner ware. Where was the shift leadership running the restaurant??? The 3 waitress’s i interacted with all had a negative attitude in general. They really made it a point to ensure i felt like a burden to them.
Long story short I will never eat there again and will be sure to tell everyone to spend their time and money elsewhere.

This is probably the worst Barbeque I have ever eaten anywhere. The restaurant was not very clean and the service was just OK. I had the pork sampler, it was absolutely horrible and gave me a stomach ache. The baked beans were rancid and about made me puke, so they were sent back, the french fries were so salty I could barely eat them. The ribs were cold and terrible tasting, the pulled pork tasted like it was out of a can, the sliced pork was probably the best thing on the plate but not great. The sausage was really greasy and under cooked. The sauce bottles were all sticky and not cleaned. I will not ever be going back. If I could could give this place a zero star rating, that’s what I would give it. This may be the worst food I’ve ever paid for.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Amazing food and service. The brisket is absolutely delicious. The server and manager was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

Just ordered ribs plus a side order of ribs through Door Dash for Woodys and I am super disappointed. I waited until they opened so I could get it really fresh but got the total opposite. They were dry and cold! I decided to speak to the manager because surely if you order as soon as the restaurant open this wouldn’t happen. As soon as the manager Nikki got on the phone I expressed my frustration to her, she immediately denied that was true because she’d just taken them off the grill. I told her I could see from her response she was not going to accept responsibility and ended the call. She actually tried to blame Door Dash but they were actually a lot earlier than what they said they would be and not long after they picked up the food at their restaurant they were here. I was impressed by it! So I ended up eating at Gator Dockside which was really good and tender. Never going there again!

Toast was good. The rest not so much. The southern sweet sauce was like watered down Chinese sweet tea. The baked beans were just weird. The coleslaw was rotten maybe? The potatoes and gravy were just passable. The gravy had chunks in it, not sure what they were. Services was fine but food is a no go. Will never go to another Woodys.

Service was wonderful, food not so much. Ribs- rubbery, definitely not fall off the bone. Everything was bland. I think i had Brisket but cant say for sure. If I wasnt the one who picked it up, I would have thought It was cooked in my kitchen. $78.00 EXPECTED A LOT BETTER.

Loved the onion rings. Our waitress was very sweet. The pork was tough and stringy and the sauce was watery. My husband feels he should apologize to his body for eating it. When we ate here over a year ago it was much better.

Ordered the baby back ribs. They were dry, not fall off the bone ribs. I sent it back before eating it, but I’d guess maybe 4 bites worth of meat (half rack). Got the slice pork because they were out of pulled pork. Customer service is great, but food is not worth the experience.
