The atmosphere is comfortable and the waitress was kind but stressed from running too many tables. Compared to the non-corporate steakhouse across the street, the meat was dry and lacking the quality of their competitor. The beans and the street corn were fantastic but the main course was disappointing. If you are there to relax and talk to friends while consuming mass quantities, this is a good stop. If you want better food at the same price I would go across to their competitor if you can get a seat there.

Passing through on our way to the Gulf Coast on January 30. We were looking for casual bar food. The hostess/waitress Who sees us and waited on us was fantastic. Very friendly, made great suggestion. we had one of each type of pulled pork sandwich and they were both great. I had baked beans and my wife had a sweet potato. We also had a couple drinks and dessert. Food, Service, atmosphere were all great. Everything was first class, except the price which was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend it.

We like going to woody’s. It is super kid friendly and they even have a lady that does balloons and face painting on the kids eat free Monday’s. All of our food has been really good. Only thing that stops it from being 4 stars is the speed of service. We’ve gone with the place was pretty much empty and had to wait a long while for our food.

We visited on Sunday for lunch. The restaurant was crowded, but our wait was still less than 10 minutes. Within 5 minutes of being seated, our drinks were on our table, and our appetizers were cooking. Everything was wonderful. The food was fresh and well prepared, and it was real smoked bbq. I am a rib snob, and my ribs were perfect! The sweat tea was phenomenal; our server was attentive, engaging, professional and fast. It was truly a great experience; we will be back.

Everything we ordered was great. It came out quickly and was hot. Multiple flavors of BBQ sauce on the table for your choosing. Sweat tea was excellent. The service was great including the person who set us at our booth. Shout out to “Lil Brittany” she was wonderful. We will definitely stop there again in the future.

They have a disrespectful and racist Bartender, the you lady behind the bar was very confrontational and over charged me twice and had the nerve to argue with me about the bill even though she was wrong. I contacted the manager and told her about my experience and was told she was going to be talked to about it but I doubt it ever happened, on top of that I brought the food back to my hotel and saw that the chicken was undercooked so I didn’t eat the chicken and the rest of what I ordered has me up at night with some really bad diarrhea and I’m debating if I have food poisoning or not just remains to be seen. If I do I will post an update. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, try the steak house you might have better luck there

Don’t get the fried shrimp dinner. It’s frozen breaded flat shrimp that’s horrible. So disappointed and Totally regretted my 22 dollar shrimp dinner today. If They can’t do quality fried shrimp Why have it on the menu? The sweet potato was good and the mac n cheese was good. Definitely a place for smoked meats and that’s it.

I literally just spent $28 on food another six on a tip and got a lunch size portion unbelievable what a waste of money and the drive-thru service was horrible I was told I was given plenty of sauce when I have one little tiny cup in the bag I got out my truck and went back up to the drive-thru window and she actually said not even in the bag no honey why would I come back up here. Rip off for the amount of food you get and don’t taste that great either I will never go here again
