Recommend the BLT, a cold Coors Light, and some guacamole. Makes for a great lunch. But you are in Aspen so they also have a seafood tower if you’re in the mood!
A couple improvements: nachos get pretty soggy before you can finish them and toppings unevenly distributed. Consider serving another way. And the burger was a little red for my liking – would recommend asking doneness preference.
