The vision of two guys who have positive and ambitious minds decided it is time for a Pizzeria with the Pizza Parlor look and feel. With all the whip-it-out-quick and assembly line pizza houses, Woodstone has taken away from the good ole fashion PIZZA PARLOR look and atmosphere. So the first to hit Bakersfield in many years is here and brings back that old tradition. We want our guests to come in sit down and enjoy quality tasting pizza, calzones, wings, salads or whatever the menu offers all while enjoying the comfort of the décor.

I was alone in the restaurant. I request the owner of the establishment to please review and listen to the camera footage around 3:32 PM on January 14, 2026. Please share with me what your employee found displeasing. I woke up at 5 AM and came from Los Angeles to Bakersfield for work, didn’t eat until 3 PM, and look what happened!!!!! The pizza was deliberately left in the oven even though it was cooked. The service was very slow. A small pizza took 35-40 minutes! It’s as if the pizza was coming all the way from Baghdad!!!! Burnt pizza!!!! Black pizza!! I was alone in the restaurant and I heard the oven alarm go off twice! I went to the employee and said, “WHERE IS MY PIZZA??? MY LUNCH BREAK IS OVER!!!! I’M GOING TO EAT IT IN THE CAR!!!!” He acted as if he knew nothing and asked, “Was this pizza yours?!” I will pray to God every day. I leave you all to God.!!!!

Have been seeing this place and decided to try them: pizza was fire and so were the wings. Crust was thin and crispy like I like it and their red sauce was phenomenal. I ordered the wood stone and the Hawaiian pizza and buffalo and mango habanero wings. I will definitely come back and try their grinders next time as they also looked delicious. Place had a chill vibe and perfect place to watch the game. Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful

I can’t believe we haven’t noticed this place! We loved everything about it. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food! We had the antipasto salad which we shared and still had some leftover. Very generous portions of all the things. The ham and salami were especially delicious. Shared a roast beef sandwich. It was hot and fresh with delicious barbecue sauce on the side. We will be back to try the pizza! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! We love watching our pizza bake in their fiery oven. Ingredients are high quality, pizza is delicious, great Italian beer, and wedges are so good too! Also, love the art on the walls!

10 stars! Huge thank you to Mark and the staff at Woodstone Pizzeria. We were able to make a reservation in advance for our soccer team and their families while in town for a tournament (50+ people)
They had another group ahead of us plus regular customers, and our food still came out promptly, the food quality was great and the staff was warm and accommodating.
They really went the extra mile for us.
I also appreciated Mark’s communication when they tried to accommodate our son’s gluten allergy- he was forthcoming with info when it wasn’t able to happen.
Highly recommend this place- delicious food and excellent customer service. Thank you again, we will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Honestly this is mine and my husband’s favorite pizza spot, the service is always great and the food is delicious! Always get it to go but have a beer while we wait and if our food is ready before our beers are finished they offer to keep our order in the warmer! Highly recommend, Thanks for making our day better!

The owner was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional toward my nephew. They irresponsibly left a speaker in the children’s area and then had the audacity to get angry when it was inevitably knocked over. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to treat us disrespectfully and ruin the entire experience. I have never received such poor customer service, and I will absolutely not be returning.
