First time for me at Woods! We went during the Waterfront festival. Very causal. You order first at counter and then find a seat inside or there are some tables outside. It’s not air conditioned so thankfully it wasn’t very hot out. I got the lobster roll with butter. Very tasty. The kids got the chicken tenders as they don’t have nuggets. They were okay but my grandson wanted a hotdog instead and ate it all! Cut really good for a toddler. My moms boyfriend got the clam bellies. They were a medium size which is good for what we’ve seen lately. My sister said the chowder was really good. The fries were tasty. I’d go back for a quick meal here for sure!

There is outdoor seating!!! Place is small on the inside but there are several more seating options along this places boardwalk. No speaker to hear your plate being ready though. Pricing is not bad considering it’s seafood. The scallops/fries dinner plate is def worth the $20 something it costs, I never had scallops so huge/fresh before. Service is fast, so although the dining area is on the smaller side they are able to move people through. They also clean the tables very promptly with all the comings and goings of everyone. Tables by the window give a great view of the harbor.

I lived near Plymouth and then moved to Tennessee. I was there this July and they still have high quality seafood at a good price. I drove 100 miles just to eat there and was not disappointed.

Little place, close to the water, with great food. The scallops were the best part of the fishermans platter and had to have the steamers. Definitely going back

I heard from some of the locals this is where everybody goes for their seafood. The lobster roll was amazing. No extra frills, but it was a decent price for a huge helping of lobster.

Fresh fish, prepared by expert chefs in an historic location. The grilled swordfish was juicy, yet well-done, the fries were crispy on the outside and firm on the inside…making it a wonderful and memorable meal. The restaurant’s seating area is very basic, with a unspoiled view of Plymouth Beach and the Mayflower ll

Lobster roll was good though kind of expensive especially for a place that also has a market. The clam chowder was too thick and floury for my taste. Views from the place a nice as it’s right in the water pretty much.

Have been there several times as an out-of-town visitor and have rarely been disappointed. It seems the customer service and experience took a dip during covid but it has improved since my last visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend the fried seafood platter if you want a good sampling, and the portion is big enough to share. The fried scallops are really good. Nice place right on the water. The dining area is humble but has a great waterfront atmosphere and view.

Travellers, this is a fantastic fish shack in Plymouth harbor. The atmosphere is not fancy but the service is with a smile. And the food is fantastic. The scallops were perfectly cooked and so fresh. They were excellent the rice was good too the servings are generous. The lobster are delicious and fresh. The lobster bisque was rich and tasty. It was a wonderful compliment to the meal. Water views everywhere you look. Reasonable prices for very fresh seafood. Check it out. We recommend.
