The food was hot, there was not anything very flavorful or special about the fish. The waitress was nice. Our drinks were flat and had to replace them with sweet tea due to a machine being down. The restaurant was empty and took around 45 minutes to get our food while it only took 15 to eat, pay, then leave. Would not recommend going out of the way for this food.

My family and I have been out here atleast a dozen times, and it’s always been great. This is a quaint, picturesque country house built at the edge of a cliff overlooking a nice, little pond. They have a great salad bar, and a very nice selection of entrees as well. The employees are all very nice, and the food is great. It’s a little out of the way, but the scenic country drive is all part of the experience and well-worth the visit~

The magic is starting to wear off for me the Sparkle is gone. The steaks are not as good as they used to be. The french fries have always been cold lately I don’t know what’s up with that and they are little stringy ones not big fat steak fries like they used to be. Ho Hum I’m sad. And there seems to be so much turnover in the wait staff lately I don’t understand what’s with all the EX School teachers and school Personnel waiting tables? More power to them I guess LOL. The sweet tea still pretty good and the salad bar is okay.

Well after 4 or 5 great experiences at woodpeckers yesterday was pretty disappointing no Saturdays I’m sorry day before yesterday. Wow we’ve never not gotten great steak and great fries but the fries were cold and they still tasted Frozen in the middle they were little bitty nasty things they weren’t even Brown they were just as white and pale as ghosts. And the steak was full of fat and gristle and they were tiny they weren’t very good but I’m sorry I still would recommend woodpeckers over anybody else most of the time they get it great they not only get it right they get it great LOL so I’m not going to leave a bad review woodpeckers is awesome.

Steak was perfect, hot wings were perfect. Hubby said BBQ pork was good. Server was very friendly. Over all I was very very happy. Only complaint, server did not clear dirty dishes when we finished. Highly recommend.
