Great place to eat. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the owner was very friendly. It’s really a neat place. The food was very good. Absolutely loved the garlic mashed potatoes, you have to try them! My only complaint would be there was only one steak on the menu and it’s a steakhouse. Perhaps that is because of Covid and she might have a limited menu. We will be back.

My daughters wedding was there and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating to all of our guests and were extremely polite and helpful when we asked numerous questions prior to the event. Many of our guests commented that the meal was one of the best they’ve been served at a wedding reception. We held gift opening the following day and they brought out the remaining food from the reception. This was a wonderful way for those who needed to leave town to come and enjoy the time with the bride and groom and not have to take time to go elsewhere to get a snack before traveling home.

We were very disappointed in our experience. The place is nice and has such potential. With the right management this place could do well.
1) They need to properly train staff on how to serve wine.
2) The salad bar was a joke. Iceberg lettuce, not much of anything else, and only one salad dressing.
3) I ordered a ribeye steak ($34) and it looked like something I could get at Denny’s. I’m not sure how they prepare the steaks there.
4) The service was just okay. Could have been much better, especially since we were the only diners for most of our experience.
I really would like to see this place change some things and succeed. I gave it two stars because the place was nice, for the price it should have only received 1 star.
I don’t believe this place is trying to be a higher end restaurant, but it could be. Especially with the competition in Valley City.

Jen was our server tonight! She has the most beautiful personality, and is an amazing, friendly, bubbly server! The best I have had…Well ever! Thank you Jen for the best experience ever! The garlic mashed potatoes are to die for! They have a quiet atmosphere and great food. A good place to keep in mind for family dinners or date night.
