Google gave me this restaurant instead of the one I wanted and I accidently ordered unknowing it was the wrong restaurant. I tried to cancel and the customer service said it was too late. Wasted money, customer service was not helpful in anyway.

First time ordering here and food was good I got pizza and a grinders everything came out hot and fresh and I called at 11 in the night will definitely go again might have to be my go to late night spot instead of Krausers lol peppe and bacon pizza mmhhhmm

I stopped at this place after a long day and ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza.
They did not tell me the had no slices ready so I waited 20 minutes, $3.64 a slice or something.
Their pizza is very bready, Fluffy, tasteless, cheap, doughy bread with no crust and their cheese is gooey and pizza was sauceless no taste product and the pepperoni was the worst product.
I will not try any of their other foods because their pizza is TRASH and their customer service is weak and they all behave weirdly.
I bet they do not eat their own nasty pizza.
Frozen store pizza is a million times better than what they serve.
I think most of their customers are islanders whom I think don’t know what great, true pizza and great true Fast food should be but power to them if they are doing well but I would not accept free tap water from this dirty place with bad pizza.

Been coming here for years! Delicious pizza and great atmosphere…It’s a classic in the household. A few minutes after my wife gave birth at St. Francis (she hadn’t eaten all day), her one request was “can we get woodland pizza from next door!”

Their pizza is good i am not going to lie. But the guy that answer the phone is the most rudest person, i was calling to place an order of 3 party sheet by the way with 3 hours ahead of time . And because i was asking to my husband if he wants anything else that person started to rush me in a 10 second or less of a wait. What kind of a customer service is that. So guess what. You guys lost a good order and a good customer.

I am from New York and I have never tried any type of pizza that taste so good. Always Nice and warm. I don’t know about others or what they say- but I would go again in a heartbeat. Compared to New York pizza this restaurant’s pizza’s crust is well done and crispy. I would recommend this woodland pizza located in Hartford CT! Thanks
