So hospitable here! We all enjoyed our food. It came out quickly. There wasn’t a wait. Small town little joint with home style cooking. We had the steak and biscuits and gravy plates. Absolutely delicious. Coffee was hot, yummy, and kept coming. 10/10 recommend if you’re in town looking for a breakfast spot.

Blond waitress was awful. She didn’t bring coffee, water or toast . By the time she got around to bringing the food it was all cold. I sent it back and it was still cold. Cold eggs, potatoes and bacon might be good in potato salad but not for breakfast. She never cleared a table and couldn’t remember our requests. Made the other two wait staff have to do her job too. We have been going here for 15 years but won’t go back after this. Very pricey too for not eating anything but the toast.

This place is fantastic. From presentation to portion size. We happened upon it needing a quick family lunch in between vacation activities, what a pleasant experience. The reasons this place is so busy are the quality of the food, the pleasant ambiance, and the superior service. Example — my ground sirloin was red and raw in the middle, so I asked the server if that was medium. She said absolutely not, took it back, and had the grill cook it longer — very considerate.
