Highly recommend the beet ravioli even if you aren’t usually a fan of beets. Great pizza, soup, and cocktail selection. The spritz was great, gives sangria vibes. In a busy part of town, so make a reservation.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a trendy, cool spot in Birmingham! Wooden City has a great vibe and an energy that really stands out. The service was excellent across the board—from the hostess to the bartenders, everyone was friendly and attentive.
There was about a 45–60 minute wait for a table, but we opted to sit at the bar and it worked out perfectly. We enjoyed a few drinks along with a burger and chicken sandwich—everything was spot on.
If you’re looking for a good spot in Birmingham, I’d highly recommend Wooden City. Definitely worth a visit!

Today was my family’s first time eating here and everything was fantastic. We were greeted immediately by our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about their menu. We brought our 2 year old to dine with us and I was impressed by our waitress making sure to get my child’s food out quickly. The flavor of the food was delicious and I love the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I would definitely visit here again sometime if I’m back in the area.

My wife and I went to the Chattanooga location last night for our anniversary. Let me just say it was just a wonderful experience both food and environment were 10/10!! My wife got the Country style Pork Chop, and I got Chicken Schnitzel. The meat on both were just so tender that it would “melt” in your mouth. The lady’s and gentleman that cooked the food and took care of our anniversary dinner made it the best experience we could have ever asked for!! To finish it off we had the opportunity to sit next to the open oven and were able to watch how they did everything with just coordination and rhythm.

So the last two times we visited everything was absolutely insane. This time we had gotten the Buratta appetizer and it was total different with a half or a ball of Buratta but the veggies were good, we also got the chicken schnitzel and it was good but the dish was very dry compared to previous visits. Aj was an awesome waiter and I’ll still come back but I was a little disappointed this visit

Happening place with a wonderfully eclectic menu. We were adventurous and started with the Hungarian Peppers. Beautiful looking and delicious. My wife had the Beet Raviolis and I had the Pork Chop on Polenta. We both enjoyed are entrees immensely and were impressed with their flavor profiles. The chocolate custard for dessert was equally as good. Service was on top of it. We definitely plan to return.

This place has an amazing atmosphere. The staff is fantastic. We spoke with one of the owners mom’s after our bartender let her know we were from Tacoma, WA (original restaurants location). Not only is the atmosphere and staff amazing but the cocktails and pizza are nothing short of fantastic. Highly highly highly recommend the Kiwi cocktail. Very refreshing. I’ll order it everytime. The pizza was fresh, perfectly topped and perfectly cooked. We will be coming back here everytime we come back to Chatt.

What an excellent dining experience. Could not have gone any better. Our sever Alysa was an absolute darling. She’s the perfect server you’d want to have if you need help making a decision. Her descriptions and recommendations are very detailed. The espresso martini is an absolute must-I can confirm it’s better than the one from Alleia’s, and definitely better than the one from Frothy Monkey. The Bone and Marrow appetizer was delightful and the Bread and Butter appetizer was simply magical. The flavors in the bread and oil dip was unmatched and the Sherry shot with the bone fat was satisfyingly smooth. Their pizzas taste luxurious you’ll never feel guilty purchasing them and the Spicy Lamb Rigatoni was super delicious, overall I am impressed. Make sure to ask for their homemade ranch if you do order any of their pizzas

This place is incredible. I can’t go to Chattanooga without visiting. Their shrimp? Idk what they do to it but it’s phenomenal. I’m a ceasar salad connoisseur and this is the best one I think I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed with their fancy burger. I’d love to try other things but I love all 3 of these things so much I can’t bring myself to try anything else. Everyone there is so nice and the vibes are great! I also saw the bread was phenomenal (focaccia)
