Moved to the area and wanted to try out this restaurant. The positives are the ambiance is nice in there. The staff are friendly and there was an older gentleman playing the piano all evening which was very nice. The restaurant is older, at times though it did feel a bit dated vs intentional/well kept. The booth seats are a bit too low to the ground compared to the chairs. The food took close to 30mins to come out (even just the salad). The restaurant wasnt that busy. The courses in general were slow, so wonder if they have limited amount of chefs. We got the scallops to start which were fine, nothing to write home about. For mains we got the filet mignon. Both meals came with a purple flower which I thought was a bit odd. The vegetables that accompanied the steak just didn’t seem appropriate or from the correct season. The mash tasted like smash (out of a packet). After tax etc the filet is over $60. Honestly for that price we were quite disappointed. We both order medium rare one came out that way the other was more medium/well done. When we both order the same thing its very easy to compare. The garlic bread was good and the salad was fine.

The waitress, atmosphere, and food was delightful but it took 2 hours just to receive our meals. I read this happens often. They did have a big bridal party the night we went and maybe that is why. The food, when it came, was absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere is nice. Quiet, well put together, and accommodating. That doesn’t matter if the food is overpriced, mediocre, and not what I expected for the price. Service, particularly the ownership, has an arrogance about them that is unwarranted. I’ve never seen such a big attitude from such a small guy.

Awesome location with so much charm! The seafood Risotto was excellent. Came with a large group of 25 and the service was on point!

Forgot to take a pic of our food as it was that amazing! Best stuffed grape leaves ever, seafood risotto was amazing but the best best best was the meat…lam and filet were superb, better than any steak restaurant we have went to. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a lovely evening here with my mom and daughter. The food was excellent — scallops were some of the best I’ve ever had. Service and piano music completed the experience. I can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town.

Great food and atmosphere. The main dining room reminds me of an English Drawing Room. I had the English Broiled Scrod with sautéed vegetables. My wife had the Seafood Risotto, it had plenty of shrimp and scallops along with laogostino. The prices are reasonable and the portions are ample.

Food was terrible. I wanted to surprise my dad for his 95th birthday so I got some appetizers and soup. Everything tasted bad. We were both very disappointed. For the price I paid for a few appetizers and soup, I was expecting a delicacy but instead received food that we could barely force down.

Atmosphere and menu remind me of early 1980s Continental cuisine. Choice of potato or veg with entree and some non dressed micro greens for garnish .
