I’ve been twice already. The second time I brought my spouse just to make sure I wasn’t overly excited after the first visit — and it absolutely held up.
They offer an unlimited all-you-can-eat option (we went for the late dinner slot, around 9 p.m. to midnight). You grill everything at your table, with unlimited choices of pork and beef. My favorite was samgyeopsal — the classic Korean three-layer pork belly with the perfect balance of fat and meat.
You also get unlimited rice, salads, kimchi, and a variety of panchan (Korean side dishes). Everything was very good. The meat quality seemed excellent — perfect thickness and cut, grilled beautifully. The panchan selection was fresh and flavorful.
I truly cannot recommend this place enough. This is officially my new favorite Korean BBQ spot in the Seattle area.
Price was $28 per person before tax, fees, and tip — about $80 total for two — which felt very reasonable for the quality and unlimited option.
This time, I returned with several friends to try their All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) option, but the experience was disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was lacking—perhaps they were understaffed. We placed our orders via the tablet, but the portions were tiny and many items we ordered never arrived. We even had to track down the staff just to get our sodas.
Given how many great Korean BBQ options there are in the Seattle area, I won’t be returning here. There are much better places to spend your money. The only major plus is that the building offers three hours of free parking in downtown Bellevue.
My family and I ordered a 135 meat set menu and alcohol and had to wait a long time. First, the meat grill was electrified, so the heat didn’t come up, so it didn’t cook well, so we had to wait a long time. I called the staff several times because I thought there was a problem, but they didn’t come right away.
In the case of seasoned ribs on the set menu, if the seasoning burns and sticks to the grill, the grill must be changed or cleaned, but they didn’t provide such service at all. Of course, I didn’t even mention how to grill the meat or how to grill it.
Eventually, I called the staff several times, but they didn’t come, so I was very angry and complained. Only then did a person who said he was the boss apologize and gave me a parselard that he was selling for $5 as a service.
I’ve never seen a Korean BBQ restaurant that sells pa-salad separately without refilling it. Other places nearby offer it for free. When I asked the boss why he didn’t give me parsalad for free, he said that’s because the price of scallions has risen so much.
When you receive this ridiculous service and pay later, you’ve set a default tip of 20% to 35%. It was ridiculous. These restaurants should be gone. I never want to visit again.
However, went this week and was sorely disappointed by the quality and taste of the meat. The beef cuts were really fatty and full of ligaments making them rubbery and hard to chew. The seasoned kalbi which is usually the highlight was WAY too sweet. Seriously our throats were burning from the sweetness.
The only cuts that were decent were the chadol and the steak with butter. The doenjang jigae was good. The rice was very cheap quality. Sides like the green onion are now charged for refills.
Service was quick and efficient.
I was a little disappointed to find out they don’t serve solo diners. I’m used to going by myself in San Diego when I take a “me day,” and honestly, I can handle the meat . But it’s not just this place—I called several highly reviewed Korean BBQ spots and they all had the same policy.
When I walked in, I immediately let the young man know that I have gluten allergies. He walked us through the options clearly: either all-you-can-eat or a two-person combo. I waited for my friend, and she chose the all-you-can-eat. From that point on, he was very attentive—making sure the meats I ordered were gluten-free and explaining in detail which side dishes were safe for me and which ones to avoid.
Both floor servers were on top of everything throughout the meal. My friend got a little excited and ordered more than she could eat, and I honestly felt bad knowing the leftover meat would be thrown away. The young man (I wish I remembered his name) was kind enough not to charge us extra for the wasted meat since it was our first visit. And yes—I finished mine .
The meat quality was very good overall—fresh, well-cut, and flavorful once grilled. The only item I wasn’t a big fan of was the Wagyu beef. It didn’t quite compare to the Wagyu I’ve had in Japan or at other restaurants in the U.S., so that one didn’t stand out for me as much.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable dining experience, and price-wise it felt fair for the quality and quantity. I do wish they offered à la carte for solo diners, but regardless, I’ll definitely be back. The restaurant isn’t huge and isn’t too small, but I can easily see it getting very busy, so reservations are probably a good idea.
Soup was amazing. Usually the soup is watered down and thin at kbbq places. This was thick and flavorful and so very satisfying.
The only minus is the slow service. To be clear, service was friendly and well done, but clearly they are understaffed and need more people.
I would return and would recommend to others
Yays: Fire Squid, Wagu, Galbi, Pork Jowl,
Nays: Finger Rib, Pork belly (dry), top blade
The squid is actually the best ever. Such amazing flavor and great texture. Not too chewy.
The grill cooks painfully slow. Its not over a fire, but a heated plate thats about 2 inches away.
Big L for dessert/ ice cream not being included in the AYCE.
