Got a deal on too goo to go. Told me to bring my own containers and then all they did was fill them up with two variations of egg drop soup, which I personally find absolutely disgusting and repulsive. I also received a takeout container full of very bland fried rice that was saved by a ton of soy sauce and some plain chicken that they sprinkled parsley and sesame seeds on that I had to dress up with my own sauce I keep in my fridge. The only saving grace was that I got 2 crab rangoons. Very disappointed and ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH my seven dollars and change. Mind you I waited 10 minutes. Like for what?! So you can pour your entire vat of trifling egg drop soup in my Tupperware‘s?! It quite literally went straight down my garbage disposal soon as I got home.
All their decor is 3D printed and they have a bunch of knickknacks for sale that I wouldn’t even spend my money on because they’re all 3D printed and being sold for $4. Same ideas I’ve seen on TikTok shop for less than $1 from people who came up with those on their own. Like what a rip off. Bad food and no original ideas. Shameful.

We have been coming to Wong’s Kitchen for 8 years now! The food is always fresh and delicious, and customer service is great. We have gotten to know the owners, and have even seen their kiddos grow up throughout the years. Wong’s will always be a weekly go to for us!

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Chinese restaurant, and I must say, it’s a real gem! The moment I took a bite of their fried rice, I knew I was in for a treat. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of soy sauce and spices. The rice was cooked to perfection, not too dry or too soggy – just right!
But the real star of the show was the hot and sour soup. Oh my, it was incredible! The broth was rich and savory, with a perfect balance of spicy and tangy flavors. The ingredients were cooked just right, with a nice texture that added to the overall experience. I’ve had hot and sour soup at many Chinese restaurants, but this one takes the cake.
The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a family dinner or a night out with friends.
I’ve been raving about this place to all my friends and family, and I’m excited to go back and try more of their dishes. If you’re looking for a great Chinese restaurant, look no further! This place is a must-try.
5/5 stars

Amazing time with the food. It is made fresh and a small amount of wait time. It is a family owned business and the owner has 2 kids. Overall the experience is genuinely fun to be around.

I’ve been ordering food from Wong’s Kitchen since I moved here 4 years ago. Every meal has been delicious, go-tos being chicken fried rice and general tso’s chicken, but the honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and pork fried rice have been fantastic as well!

Seafood combo tasted great but was more like seafood noodle soup. Never had it like that before. Fork or spoon??
I’ll try a different dish next time

Absolutely loved the jalapeno chicken at Wong’s Kitchen! The dish had the perfect balance of spice from the jalapenos and savory flavors from the tender chicken. Each bite was bursting with deliciousness, and the presentation was impeccable. Highly recommend trying it if you’re a fan of spicy dishes with a twist!”

I ordered the Springfield Cashew Chicken with some eggrolls and Crab Rangoon. Overall the food was good, though there were two things that could have been done better:
1. The sauce could have been packaged separately from the chicken, preventing it from becoming soggy.
2. The sweet and sour sauce was cold. Not “sat on the counter for an hour” cold, more like “sat all day in the fridge” cold. This was definitely unexpected, and not in a positive way.
Overall, a solid choice for Chinese food in Olathe.
