Living in Estacada I go there quite often. They normally have good food, but lately have been quite off. This one waitress was rude to my mother after my mom had found hair in her food. The weekends are probably the best time to order because the actual cook is there. During the week they just warm a bunch of food up that has already been made. Not too overpriced. I recommend their sweet and sour chicken.

Hit or miss. I’ve had stellar meals here, but I’ve also had very disappointing ones. They have fairly good food. General Tsao’s chicken is a good bet. Beware, there has been variation in the spiciness of their food due to chef rotations. Staff are generally very polite, although most issues I’ve encountered have been service.
The air vents inside the restaurant can make annoying noises. Other than the vents, the environment of the restaurant is pleasant. They have lots of nice decor. I typically get take out, which is quick.

As a fan of “A Christmas Story” I wanted to experience the Peking Duck on Christmas Day. I was stunned at how man people showed up without reservations and complained when they had to wait, but that is another story. My wife, daughter and I were seated within ten minutes of our reservation time and the Peking Duck was ordered.
The best word to describe it is “WOW!” The food was delicious and the atmosphere was not too insane considering the fact that they were booked solid with a line out front. Based solely on the food, this place is tops. The location is less than desirable (a shooting happened two blocks away at around 8PM that night). That not withstanding, we will be back!
(And it may not be PC, but if they had a chorus singing “Deck the Halls” and provided the whole “Christmas Story” experience, they would be THE place to go for the holiday dinner.)

I wouldn’t even give this one star but you have to give it something to write a review. The food was terrible. I’m not sure what the “chicken” was but it had the consistency of fish. The service was slow and we were the only people there. You’re better off getting a frozen meal from Thriftway. Don’t waste your money!

We eat here on occasion and normally find the food and service ok. On the 13th I ordered three items for the family General T. Chicken, King Lou Main and a large fried rice total 26.00. The General T. was under cooked and possibly rotten. I was violently ill throwing up all the food. I contacted the PIC Jennifer and she agreed to reverse the cost of the food. She ONLY took of the price of the one item that was rotten>>> Still charging 17.00 for the order. After 3 calls I was told the 17.00 will be returned if I come. in. I live in Estacada but will never eat here again unless there are significant changes at this restaurant. Food quality and service MUST be improved.

After reading all the reviews I was not sure what kind of food/service to expect. I must say that the food was great, very reasonable if not a bit cheaper than most and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely make it a regular dinner spot.

Extreamly dissapointed in under motivated wait staff. Many tables were dirty and it was not busy. They sat us at a dirty table. Never checked in on us, food took forever, never refilled drinks and had to wait a long time for someone to bring us boxes and our check. One waitress was just standing behind the register the whole time another was sitting in the back 80% of the time chatting with someone. Managment needs to be aware of poor conditions and hospitality.. because that is uneceptable in the food industry. Will continue to order out, but will not be dining in anymore.

Used to be an amazing place. I don’t know if they changed chefs or what. Also half of the kids working there are rude and just don’t care. Stood there waiting for 10 minutes before being greeted. Whole order to finish took 30min. Please evaluate your wait staff and weed out the dopers.

I have eaten here so many times but unfortunately not again thanks to the amazingly rude assistant manager and her ability to go above and beyond being unhelpful and yet again rude beyond all measure. Our food wasn’t what we asked for and when I got home and called her she didn’t fix it and told me if I wasn’t happy don’t order there again. I have worked in this business for years and she just cost this restaurant 100s of dollars a month between me and my family.
