A group of us stopped by WonderPho for a late lunch and truly enjoyed the meal. We ordered almost everything on the menu, including Bún Bò Huế, phở, bún dishes, wings, bánh cuốn, and bánh khọt. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the bánh cuốn, which is their well-known dish and possibly the first of its kind in the Atlanta area, where you assemble it yourself. It was fun and tasty, though probably not something I’d order again since I’m not great at rolling it.

The service was nice and pleasant, though a bit inattentive at times. Overall, we still had a very enjoyable meal.

Wonder Pho Grand Opening: A Promising 3.5 Stars in the Princeton Shopping Center. We visited the newly opened Wonder Pho for lunch during its grand opening weekend. Located in the former Walgreens space within the Princeton Shopping Center, this new Vietnamese spot is a promising addition to the local dining scene.
The Location:
The interior is cozy, seating around 30 guests, but there are a couple of spatial quirks. A helpful tip: avoid the tables right near the entrance, as they catch a significant cold draft every time the door opens. The restaurant layout might need refinement. There is a dedicated section for takeout orders right by the kitchen, which creates initial confusion upon entering—it’s unclear if you order first (like a fast-casual spot) or wait to be seated (full service).
The Service:
Service was the highlight of our visit. Our server, Ashley, was fantastic. She remained incredibly attentive, checking on our table frequently and managing the busy grand opening rush like a true professional.
The Food:
We sampled a few dishes:
Wonder Pho ($20): The dish featured well-portioned, tasty meats and a decent broth. However, it lacked that “home run” depth of flavor needed to be truly exceptional, and the noodles were slightly overcooked (I prefer an al dente texture).
Bun Bo Hue ($17): My partner found this dish quite bland, unfortunately missing the signature spice and tangy profile typical of the dish.
Spring Rolls ($9.5): The four small, rice-paper-wrapped rolls were okay, but ultimately forgettable.
Overall Impression:
Despite some flavor misses and minor layout issues, the place has serious potential. We look forward to returning to sample their rice dishes on our next visit.

It was super busy on a weekday evening but we were glad to try this spot. We ordered pickup and the wait wasn’t too long. Energy was lively and the interior branding is very cute

We got two bùn and they were decent. I prefer my seasoning a bit stronger on proteins but the shrimp I had were so mild they barely tasted of anything, maybe they were frozen for a while? The chicken my friend got was a bit better. Spring rolls fried perfectly and the container they come in is neat! My noodles and salad were unfortunately very soft and a little more limp than I usually expect, but overall good and we would try it again

We had bon bo hue and pho and Thai iced tea. Maybe I made mistake ordering Thai tea in a pho restaurant all you can taste is sweetness to Thai tea flavor what so ever. The bon bo hue was not bad although the fish sauce was over powering but what really turned us off was the not so fresh basil for the pho as you can see in the photo. You gotta have that to be fresh at least. Overall I think it’s slightly overpriced for the portion as normally we couldn’t finish pho at other restaurants but we finished here and didn’t feel satisfied and had to go get some other food in the plaza. Service was ok tho very nice waiters. Also go as far as the entrance as possible in the cold weather as every time people walked in you felt the cold breeze.

This Pho restaurant opened not too long ago which is in the Princeton shopping center. The classic pho, curry rice noodles and beef cube rice dish are quite tasty!

Amy was super accommodating, highly courteous, and genuinely wanted every guest to have a great experience, going above and beyond throughout our visit. The place itself is very unique with lovely décor, and the real star is the food which is easily the best Vietnamese cuisine we have had in a very long time. Their lemongrass chicken pho and veggie pho are absolutely out of this world, bursting with flavor and comfort. During the soft launch they are even offering complimentary bubble milk tea, and their shrimp summer rolls and fish tacos were both super delicious. With reasonable prices, a warm atmosphere, and healthy yet flavorful dishes, Wonder Khoa Vietnamese Noodle and Grill is truly a must try in Princeton Shopping Center, especially in this cold weather.

Solid Vietnamese food. You can’t go wrong with the braised short rib. That being said, the restaurant isn’t that comfortable due to its size and seating arrangements. Everyone is cramped on top of each other on the left side of the restaurant while the right side has 3 4-person tables with ample space. This also means expect to wait 30 minutes during peak dinner time. The service itself could be more organized, but perhaps it’s because the restaurant is relatively new.

I ordered the Wonder Pho bowl and it was great. The meat portions are generous and the broth was nice and light. The service was amazing and their opening day went really smoothly. I can’t wait to be back!

If you’re craving comforting, flavorful Vietnamese food in Princeton, look no further than Wonder Pho!

I tried the classic beef pho, and it was absolutely delicious — rich, aromatic broth, tender slices of beef, and perfectly cooked noodles. The fresh herbs and lime on the side brought everything together beautifully.

Their spring rolls were fresh and crisp, served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. The menu also offers a great selection of rice and noodle dishes, all reasonably priced and generously portioned.

The atmosphere is cozy and clean, with friendly service that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or new to Vietnamese cuisine, Wonder Pho is definitely worth a visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommended for a casual lunch or dinner that hits the spot!

Popped in during a weekday lunch. Quiet day, service was great.

Ordered the P1 pho which was their house special. Broth was beef forward and seasoned well, but lacked the punch and aroma from the spices usually associated with pho (looking at you star anise, cinnamon and cloves). Clarity can be improved, too.

Hard to stomach a $20 bowl of pho with little meat. You can be the judge of value here.

The wings, however, were lightly battered and fried with great skill. Each bite was juicy. Fish sauce glaze leaned sweet, but still delicious.

Cures the craving for pho if you’re around.
