Worse than microwaved frozen food. Thai fried rice had rice that was only 40% cooked. And it did not look like fried rice but instead leftovers from someone else plate.
Mediterranean make your bowl lacked flavor, veggies were still ice cold.
Cheeseburger with bacon, had bacon that was cold.
Never had such a terrible food anywhere in the world.

Based on delivery from the Wonder App- Delivered on time no issues. However, the cheesesteak was not as shown and described. The meat was mush and bread was old and soggy.
My next step was to ask for help as i would not eat this thing. The customer service is also 1star giving me $8 back on m a $18 order. This was my first time using Wonder and it’s no wonder why i am not using it again!

I had raw chicken in my salad from Yasas tonight. Hoping I don’t get Salmonella because I ate half of it before noticing. Things have gone way downhill at this location.
Ive been on hold over 30 min waiting for customer service. Texting doesn’t respond. Seriously stay away from this place. I order every other night and it keeps getting worse. Constantly out of things. Totally inconsistent. Same food is coming different everytime.

Okay placed my order for a 5-530pm pick up why did my order say it was ready at 449pm? Is that even between the time I said ? I was still at work while my food just sits there. I def wouldn’t order again tbh.

I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak and the steak literally looks like beef jerkey. That’s how hard and brown it is. This is disgusting it must have been sitting there since yesterday. The steak is darker than the black beans.

This was the worst food I’ve ever had. Everything is bland and dry on its own and heavily overseasoned on the outside:
1) scallion pancake: has no taste but the dipping sauce it comes up is salty as hell; had to give up on the sauce on the first try
2) salmon: pretty dry and not a lot of flavor. Also surprised that this $25 salmon dish doesn’t come with any carbs
3) shrimp hazelnut linguini: super sour and overly seasoned.
We also waited for 25min+ to get our meal for being the only sit-in guest while the kitchen is prioritizing all the takeout orders.

The place is very clean but is nothing out of the ordinary. You may expect to see little stations for each restaurant or be able to see a crazy kitchen with lots of of cooks working but it’s just a small hall with a counter and two ordering stations. The food was also very good but not great. The concept is amazing until you the result is a lot less than expected. It is affordable.

Quality here blows away what you’d spend at sit-down places. Been ordering from Wonder Livingston for months and it’s always been phenomenal – especially when you factor in no tips, no waiting around for tables. Got their Korean fried chicken last week and the packaging kept everything crispy hot. Really smart setup where you’re getting restaurant-level food without the restaurant markup. Even their sides come out perfect. Worth every penny compared to dragging the family out somewhere and dropping twice as much.

Ordered 3 salads. Food was prepared very quickly and came out perfect. The portions were generous. The taste was on point. The staff were very helpful when I needed additional assistance with my order. 10/10!

To the management of Wonder Restaurants, please maintain the high standards expected of quality restaurants in our area. Last night and today, there was a severe shortage of staff. When my wife ordered food from this branch Livingston (as we live in the same area), we waited a full hour for the delivery driver to arrive. When we inquired about the delay we were told it was due to a staff shortage. Today i ordered food for myself and my friends and we also had to wait a long time again due to a staff shortage. This is unacceptable for a restaurant in this area and location. Please hire more staff, otherwise, we will stop ordering from this restaurant altogether.
