This isn’t an isolated incident; I am constantly receiving undercooked food. This is a serious food safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
More recently, I ordered cupcakes and the situation was even more alarming. The expiration date had clearly been ripped off the packaging. When I called to ask for the date, I was told they couldn’t provide it and was given a generic assurance that all items are checked daily for freshness. That answer is entirely unacceptable and frankly sounds like a lie intended to cover up a major oversight. Removing the date is incredibly suspicious and suggests you may be selling expired goods.
Your staff is slacking badly, and it’s putting customers at risk.
We ordered 3 times this week and can’t wait to visit another city with this service.
My driver was late with our order this evening and sincerely apologized and the Wonder app gave me a credit for the next order. Highly recommend.
I got a pepperoni pizza. It was the perfect size. The sauce on the pizza was pretty good, it was on the sweeter side. (3/5)
I also grabbed a cookie, it wasn’t too sweet and it was a nice size. (5/5)
The pricing for the restaurants were pretty average based on the restaurants in the area. I probably would go again to try 2 other restaurants.
Overall: (4/5)
I was craving a Chicken sando and I saw StreetBird in the app.
I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Mac and Greens, a red velvet cheesecake and a can for Sprite Zero. Everything but the cheesecake was part of a nicely priced combo. The Mac and Greens side was AMAZING. I’m the dude that doesn’t like his food to touch on the plate. The side of M&G has me rethinking that stance at 50. I wish the side were larger.
The Chicken sandwich was kinda diesel. Filling and flavorful. Be mindful that your selected sauce is on the side. I had “Brown Sugar Babe, which made me think of the D’Angelo song. RIP, D. I was able to monitor my sauce, not too dry, not too messy.
The Junior Red Velvet Cheesecake was dreamy, but too small for the money.
Overall, The food was outstanding, especially for the price.
Everything felt like it was “missing” something and didn’t have a distinct flavor. I had Nashville hot wings and fries from Wing Trip and a spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings from Streetbird.
Visually, everything seems okay (minus the chicken sandwich in a cheap cafeteria wrapper), but taste wise, it was all subpar and I would not recommend. I can’t stress it enough how everything was very bland.
