This is NOT a food hall as advertised. It’s a small ghost kitchen. Advertised as Dine-In however, the seating area is 1/3 the area of a McDonald’s and it’s taken up by delivery drivers waiting on orders. Since it’s tiny and a ghost kitchen , be prepared to smell like you work in a kitchen. Kiosk style ordering so you can’t talk to anyone about the food you’re ordering, allergies etc.

Don’t even bother with this place. It’s horrendous! Decided to order take out last night from Kin House Chinese Classics. Place the order via UberEats at around 6:30pm, the food that I ordered – chicken broccoli and wonton soup were still “being prepared” at 8:30pm. 2 hours for a quick stir fry and soup? Absolute joke! I completely even forgot that I placed an order until I got a notification from UberEats that the order is running late and the deliver person cancelled cause he was still waiting to pick it up as it was being prepared.

Ordered several items via Seamless. Took forever, tried to call Wonder, it’s an 800 phone number with no response! So gave up, the food arrived 30 minutes late, and the items that came were wrong. I’ll never use this Wonder food service again. It’s a concept of numerous outposts of restaurants in one place where the food can be ordered for take out. But they must get the orders correct. And the phone number for issues needs to work!

I so wish this place would close down and more authentic options would be brought to the neighborhood. An obvious ghost kitchen where things are frozen and heated. Nothing is made fresh made clear by how many different “restaurants ” and options they have in one location. Looks like a private equity creation. Completely devoid of any soul or character . Truly cannot wait till they go out of business . I saw all the blue apron boxes being delivered one day (same parent company ) . Pathetic and offensive
