I ordered from here when they first opened – it was great. Food was good, delivery was good. Then within two weeks the deliveries take twice as long – the food arrives cold, they are regularly out of ingredients for their dishes and the customer service is slow to respond. I will not be ordering from or eating at Wonder anytime time soon.

I ordered the brisket and the ribs. The food was okay. Not bad but nothing special. The brisket was very oily, the meat didnt have a lot of flavor, and it only tasted like the bark seasoning/liquid smoke that that was on the edges. The ribs were better but the sauces did alot of the work. The food was ready on time and easy to grab n go.

Heres the thing- I read the reviews yesterday when it was at a 3 star (its now down to 2.6) but I wanted to try it for myself. The best thing I can say about the brisket sandwich is that it’s edible. For one thing, the sandwhich doesnt resemble the picture. It’s 3 small slices of brisket and the sandwhich itself falls apart easily and not in a good way. RIP to the onions and pickles. Its genuinely something I would get from Arbys and not worth the price. For what the place was going for- the idea they had in mind for making higher end dining accessible- I was very underwhelmed. Id be curious to see how the chefs who originally curated these dishes would feel about the recreations. IF that does happen, I would leave Gordon Ramsay out of it (kind of joking). But the concept is great, and honestly I would give this place another shot. I would love to see them take the criticism (and theres a surprising amount for the place just opening) and for them to fix it. Maybe it wad just a rough start and it’s not too late. For being in Annapolis, however, I reccommend that sooner than later because at where their food ranks now, if no changes are made they wont last long. And for such a good concept I would hate to see that happen. Good luck to the staff and cooks, I hope to see things turn around.

I am loving the “Wonder” experience. The fact that you can mix and match food from different “Wonder” restaurants is amazing in and of itself, but the cherry on top is that you can also order from local restaurants with a zero $ delivery fee. They also partner with Blue Apron, so you can order a meal to make at home without having to subscribe and get the whole week’s worth kind of thing. Love that idea! I went fine dining with my first few orders (surprisingly large serving sizes for the price) and yes, I was skeptical at first, but they cooked their proteins beautifully and their sauce work has been impressive. Their to-go containers and delivery are on point (expedited delivery and no service fees with their $7.99 membership fee). Everything I’ve had so far has been delicious. Well done Wonder!
