This place is ALWAYS worth the trip. Service is top notch and personal. You can tell they really care. Food is original and delicious. I’ve never left disappointed. Tried the smash burger today for breakfast and was blown away. Self serve hot coffee is another added bonus. A must try if you’re in the area.

This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars! We come to our cabin often but just tried them and it was incredible! The food is absolutely top notch and the employees are so kind. If anyone rates them less than 5 stars, they’re just another person looking for something to complain about. Try this restaurant and you’ll get the best food in the area, guaranteed!

This place is amazing. We go dirt, biking all over Michigan and breakfast is hit or miss diners Try and do too much. This place knows how to do a good breakfast. Food is high quality. Worth the wait. If they’re busy just expect to wait a little bit but they have amazing outdoor seating and everyone is very friendly.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! DO NOT MISS IT! My husband and I found the Wolf Lake Snack Shack shortly after moving to the area, and there is no question, we will be frequently flyers here. The omelet was the size of my bicep and tasted delicious! The coffee was fantastic! The fresh baked cinnamon roles alone will bring you back again and again. We did not try the lunch menu, but the sandwiches had me drooling! Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were immediately made to feel like we belonged. I fell in love with this place before tasting the food because you can tell the staff is passionate and dedicated to great food and service! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, but I encourage you to try it yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

This place is a gem! We came for breakfast 2 days in a row. Prices are more than reasonable and the portions are out of this world. Indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful and they welcome dogs outside! Even brought us a water bowl and a couple treats for our dog. The employees are great and the food is amazing and the location is peaceful even though it’s close to a busy street. Highly recommend!

This was gourmet, homemade, bougie-tastbud-pleasing fare! Friendly staff. And very clean. I’ve never had a “grilled cheese” (it was SO much more) so good, or cheeseburger soup (incredible) before. We’re going back tomorrow for breakfast!

Headed north and stopped for a snack. Welcoming staff and terrific menu options. We sampled the lemon chicken noodle soup – delicious! We took home a carry out and a pastry! Will definitely visit again!

Have you been to the Little Nook yet? (North of Baldwin about 5 miles on Wolf Lake)
They have an egg-selent breakfast (best I’ve had in a long time ). They also serve lunch.
They have a wonderful collection of antiques and arts/crafts, many by local lake residents.
BUT, the most awesome thing is their fresh-baked goodies made by Justine.
It’s on US 10 on your way to Traverse City.

I am not from the area and was passing though town yesterday. Knowing nothing about the place, I stopped for something to eat.
The food was amazing! Its all I can think about today. I 100% plan to dive an hour and a half back here to try the other menu items the first chance I get.

I recently stayed in a motel across the street from this place for 8 days and ate breakfast here almost every day of my trip. Great service, good food, good prices, and a very nice atmosphere. I’ll be back for sure… Stop in and check them out if you’re in the area.
