I ordered 5 veg egg rolls and 2 eggs drop soups. I asked for two Egg Rolls and one Soup to eat here. And 2 sweet & sour cups. One to eat with in restaurant and one to take home to eat with the my take out order. He refused to provide me with the extra one with an attitude. I aaked, so you expect me to consume 5 Egg Rolls with just one cup. He said, I only get one. I gave been coming here for years to eat at your restaurant and everyone has always been Great. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received today. My daughter and son come here very frequently also using the Drive Thru. I really felt like telling my story on Facebook and Tio-Tok, but I Won’t thus time because he is not the Woke Proprietor. he brought my order to my table in a bag. It did matter to him that I had told him that was an eat-in and take out order. I informed my Wife,Son Daughter and Friends about my experience there today. I was highly embarrassed and insulted today. .

I went through the drive thru window for lunch when I was rushed from the very beginning. I asked a question about a protein being switched out on one of the menu choices. It couldn’t be done…. and the window was shut in my face. …. While I was sitting there, trying to decide what I wanted the drive-thru window was rudely closed.
It would seem as if I was annoying him by trying to take my time to order, when there was no one in line. A very rude interaction…. not recommended.
Food is great but not service….
I had a similar experience. The first time I came it just wasn’t quite as bad. It was rushed, and the food was good, so that’s why I came back, but I won’t be coming back to be rushed… and brushed off!

Being raised with a traditional grandmother from Japan always had the desire for good asian food. Wok Xpress they have a very tasteful authentic Asian culture cuisine selection is well done. My personal fav is the Mongolian Lil spicy but definitely worth it

I frequently order lunch from this joint. At first it looked like cheep mall Chinese food but I’m glad I took a chance. This wok rocks! I’ve only been let down once, the Lo Mein was so lame. Nice folks too!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I feel like I was forced to, today. I didn’t even plan on eating out today but my baby girl wanted sesame chicken . We always get our Chinese food from Wok Xpress. I drive from Irving to Euless to get food here, bypassing other Asian restaurants.
I’ve been coming here for years but I’m going to have to find a new establishment to frequent. The quality of the food today was subpar at best. It tasted old as if it had been recooked from days before. And there’s barley any chicken. (See photos).
I understand that a lot of small businesses have had to raise prices but you can’t raise prices while also making the portions smaller and the quality poorer.
This isn’t the first time the food was lacking, but a pattern is definitely emerging.
