Wok Wei is officially my go-to Chinese food place. I tell everyone about it.
I had been craving it for literally three weeks and finally got it for my birthday… and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh, flavorful, and not greasy or soggy like a lot of places can be. The chicken was perfectly cooked with that slightly crispy, juicy texture that makes you want to hoard the last few bites for yourself (which I absolutely did ).
The portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and everything tasted like it was actually made with care instead of rushed out. Even the leftovers were amazing, which says a lot.
The only tragedy was that someone in my house ate my leftover chicken at midnight… but honestly, that just proves how good it was.
Highly recommend Wok Wei if you want comfort-food Chinese that actually hits every time

We’ve been trying to find good food near or in Goodyear and Wok Wei was very welcoming. We got offered a glass of water while we waited for take out. We all got some from of protein and broccoli. The broccoli was cooked perfect, along with everything else but my favorite? The cheese puffs. Oh mylanta I love the half lo mein half rice – super awesome!
Also every staff member was kind. We appreciate that.

Super friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice and clean. Omg you gotta get the sampler appetizer and the general tsos chicken. They gave us a huge portion of the chicken and the bbq pork in the appetizer was insanely juicy. Will def come back.

Delicious!! We ordered the bbq pork, general sao chicken, Mongolian chicken. We went during the lunch special and the amount of food you get is incredible. By far our favorite asian stop near the 303!

This place is great. They have large portions some you had better come hungry. The hot and sour soup is my absolute favorite around the valley and their egg drop isn’t just a thin broth with a few whips of egg in it. The staff is wonderful, they have many customers to serve so don’t speak under your breath, speak clearly and look at them and they will help you with whatever you need.

I had the Orange Chicken, and it says it’s spicy, but it’s not that hot. So I loved it. They have some of the best egg drop soup I’ve had in a while, large portions, and even for lunch.

So I’ve literally tried 50 chineses places in the greater Phoenix area and other than Jade palace in Scottsdale, Noone has Hot n sour soup that’s so on point!! Plus their house special fried rice has big chunks of meat! They dont chinse out on the meat n shrimp and it’s packed full of flavor!! So amazing!

The food is amazingly good but big tip here is to order take out because the staff is rude here. To even bring napkins the male staff member which I believe to be the owner said with attitude anything else. Then they stare at us from the cooking area. Unprofessional and rude and not customer friendly at all.
