My problem is more with the person taking the order. She can hardly speak English so the order is very often wrong. She charged me $4 extra to add beef to a dish, which I agreed to. I got home and there was no beef in it at all. I call up and she insists that beef was added when it clearly was not. Instead of having good customer service and relations like saying “ we’ll make it up on the next order”, she tells me $4 little beef, $10 lot of beef. Poor customer service poor customer relations. Some of their food is good. Some is inedible. After that experience, I’m not sure that I’ll ever use them again. There’s plenty of Chinese restaurants around competing for business. You should treat customers better. I think I’ll try some others

Food is 10/10 always good! I drive by 3 or 4 other Chinese places to go pick up here I’ve tried all others and eh… But this one is great! They’re always busy so that says a lot! And when they get a moment the lady that answers the phone and is mainly at the front is a sweetheart super nice and friendly 🙂 love coming here and I highly recommend it

they will serve you uncooked chicken. And when you try to explain to them that it’s uncooked, they will yell at you that it’s white meat and that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I asked for my money back and all she did was yell at me and hang up the phone. Do not go here. Their food is absolutely disgusting.

I’m not even sure where to start. So I’ll start by saying I’m glad my order was wrong so I don’t have to pay for another beef and broccoli. The food had ZERO flavor , the texture of the beef and chicken was so odd. I got moo shu chicken , it was nasty.

Called in a order but decided not to pick it up because the woman on the phone never asked my name, did not verify the order, and did not give me a price. She was talking very fast in a very thick accent trying to get off the phone and I did not find her to be professional. I read through the reviews and saw a lot of comments about how the woman is rude and how customers often got bad food, food poisoning or the wrong order. She just said number four when verifying my order. I have no idea what number 4 is because there is no numbers on the menu. Again. She did not verify exactly what I wanted and what time I wanted to pick it up which I told her. I got a bad feeling so I blocked her business on my phone and never went to get the order. Who knows if it would have been ready when I said I was coming to pick it up or if it would have been what I ordered. There probably would not have even been in order. It was just all very odd so I did not want to take chance.

Terrible food. Chicken fried rice was just disgusting . Lo mein was terrible, meat tasted old. As soon as I came inside it smelled like toilet in there. Should have listened to my gut and didn’t get any food. I wish I can give 0. I paid over $40 now it is all in garbage. DONT BUY FOOD FROM HERE.

Ordered takeout tonight. They charged me for the wrong order then gave me cash back for the difference. Forgot to give me the rice and the picture is of the honey chicken – looks more like chicken fries. This place is no good and will not be back.

Wok & Roll has been our “go to” for Chinese takeout for the last six months. The food is consistently good quality, prepared fresh, fast, and my order is never incorrect. We order $50-100 at a time and the prices are reasonable, and the best of all is they are open later than other take out restaurants…
