I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place has earned it. From the very first time I ordered food from this place, I learned not to expect a good customer service. The owner has never shown friendly service and is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.
I called in a take-out order and was given the wrong food. When I called back to let her know, she hung up on me. I called again and she completely denied it. This is the second time in one month that my order has been wrong.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and basic manners is unacceptable. No apology, no attempt to fix the problem—just rude behavior. Customer service clearly does not matter here.

Typical To go Chinese restaurant inside atmosphere. Food was made fresh at our lunch time pick up. Prices are reasonable. Food was fresh hot and tasty. Definitely will return.

So have mixed feelings, we have been going here for a while and usually a hit or a miss. Today when I called the guy mobile phone was so rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my order before he hung up. When we arrived the guy cooking was sweating into the food. Whenever we ask for ribs we are always told that they don’t have enough so I can’t order it. The best part is when you have the Bluetooth translator and it tells you that they just don’t want make it. Absolutely disgusting will be calling the health department about this..

The menu says that the lunch special comes with an egg roll, but every time we order it, the man says they are out of egg rolls until “late today”. Obviously egg rolls are no longer part of the lunch special. If not, then take them off the menu. Don’t lie.

My wife and i have been eating here since moving to Safety Harbor. Easily had their food over 50 times and it has not once disappointed. Everything is made fresh and it tastes delicious. LOVE the food and the consistency that they provide. Thank you guys!!

Ordered in June and we order about every 2 months. Our order was missing a small egg drop soup. I called and explained and was told to let them know next time we order as we were not driving back just for the soup. Tonight we placed and order and they would not honor the soup order from previous. What sense does it make to lose a $30 dollar order and repeat business over a $3.00 soup. Bad business practice?

We ordered Sweet and sour pork, house special ho fun and crab Rangoon they were all delicious. The crab Rangoon was the best I have had they were really filled up. We will be back. Just moved to Safety Harbor and 2nd time trying Chinese here and this place blows the other place we tried out of the water.
