Great service. Lackluster, decrepit environment. Duck tape on lots of booths. One booth out of order. One of two female bathroom stalls out of order. Deluxe shrimp and vegetables too salty. White and fried rice dry. Sweet and sour pork too fried. Lo mein was meh. Only good thing was the sweet and sour chicken.

First of all, it’s a chain, so there are others. The food is okay, I’ve had better. The floor is always a weird kind of sticky that always remains in my brain. I do like the soup bar though, I’ll give them that. My dad really likes this place so I go there with him but if I had to choose, I’d go elsewhere. The service is always meh. Everytime I come here, I hope it’ll be better but it’s not. It’s not terrible, I’ve just had better.

I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered chicken fried rice a la carte which was around $10 and an adult egg drop soup. I was not pleased with the chicken fried rice, first off for $10 the portion does not seem accurate… rather small. It also doesn’t look fried. It looks like steamed rice and I’m still trying to find the chicken. On the other hand, the egg drop soup was rather large than what I expected for an adult portion. hoping that both of these taste decent considering I don’t order from this restaurant often.

My family and I have been coming to this establishment since it first opened — a couple of years ago. After moving out of city for four years, the very first meal I looked forward to having upon returning was Wok Inn at the Alamo Ranch area. Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed.

As soon as I drove into town, I decided to order pickup, excited for that familiar flavor I used to love. But wow… what a surprise. The taste of the food has changed drastically, and the portions are shocking. My sweet and sour pork came with only four small pieces, the egg roll was half the size it used to be, and the hot and sour soup was basically just broth — which might’ve been fine if it at least tasted good. But even that was disappointing; it was barely half a serving and tasted off.

Overall, I’m sad to say this visit was a complete disappointment. I truly hope management takes note because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

Absolutely very delicious place. I would highly recommend you go on the weekend If you are looking for Dim Sum. The pricey is absolutely was crazy affordable, the lowest I have ever seen for all you can eat. Thank you all for the amazing experience and delicious food. PS, You must try the shrimp and seasome balls.

I ordered through Door Dash, and one of my entrees was made incorrectly. When I called the restaurant to ask about getting my order remade, I was told that they were not responsible and that the fault lied with Door Dash. Mind you, Door Dash is just the middle man, they did not make the food, nor are allowed (at least to my knowledge) to open the containers and inspect the order. So Door Dash can’t possibly be at fault. I checked the receipt from Door Dash, and the receipt tag on the bag from Wok Inn, and both were exactly as I ordered. The entree I received however, was not. The Staff member/manager that answered the phone was a bit rude and seemed inconvenienced as they recited their store policy as if I couldn’t understand them. Passing the buck, no accountability, and blaming a third party when they’re staff are the one’s who made the order wrong. Not to mention speaking to a customer in such a way, when all that was asked was for Wok Inn to clarify how Door Dash could possibly be at fault, and how to make the situation right is ridiculous. It goes without saying, but I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, so long as they continue to treat customers and other businesses this way.

First the lady taking my order was not friendly. I walked in and had to say hello how are you. Next we ordered and I ask if they had spicy egg drop soup and she rolled her eyes and said noooo like she didn’t know what was talking about. Then I remember it was at bamboo where I had the spicy egg drop soup from. The worse is yet to come! I severed myself egg drop soup and as I was going to eat the first bit a black nasty hair was in it. I took it the front to the let them know and they took my bowl to show everyone in the back. I told them you might wanna throw out the soup and put fresh soup in there or make a new batch. Which they did not! People came in after me and were getting from the same pot of soup. I will never go back to this restaurant or this location specially! If I can give 0 stars I would!

Food was bad, small shrimps, rice was like from yesterday, I ordered a combination of rice horrible! The lo main of my daughter was the worst thing she ever ate! The orange chicken was more sweet than orange.
The service was like they don’t know what they are doing there.
The restaurant is in bad shape and the looks old and dirty.
From the table you can see the messy kitchen with dirty floors. None of the employees was Chinese or oriental so don’t go there!!!

We visited Wok Inn Asian Cafe today for the all-you-can-eat dim sum, and it was absolutely delicious! The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, and we especially enjoyed the flavorful dumplings and savory buns. The service was also fantastic—friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better.

Our only minor complaint was with the beef stomach and tendons, which were a bit on the tough side, making them a little too chewy. However, everything else was spot on, and this certainly won’t deter us from coming back for another round. Looking forward to our next visit!
